Medrek is a good initiative, hopefully more Medreks will come soon. We Eritreans should know our country is seriously ill because of the crimes which are committed throughout our revolution based on our culture, religion, illiteracy etc. But what we have accomplished together is much bigger than what we failed in, thanks to our determination in sustaining our revolution and readiness to sacrifice ourselves despite all the odds. We have to learn to support each other; any person whatever his political affiliation or his past should be welcomed as long as he is against this brutal regime. Especially those who are experienced should be encouraged to guide as, people like Mesfin Hagos, Mohammed Brahan Blata , and Dr Assefaw can play a big role if they are willing to and they should be encouraged, the chap with the name Belay and the one who talked after him could contribute something! In your discussion there were some elements which I did not like, I don’t want to go into the details, but I just want to say this: if we look for things which could unite us, things which divide us will eventually perish in constructive discussions. We should start to trust each other. Some of us should learn to lead and most of us should be willing to be led. We can not be all politicians just as we can not all be reporters, workers etc. As sb. in the forum said , we are jebhaas, shabiyaas, falulls etc. Remember Issayas and his clique have so far succeeded in dividing us along these lines and they will do whatever possible to create chaos among us.
