comapring the dmg buffs and attacks per turn... him and march are so close i actually dont know whos the better sub dps lol march i think only slighty wins because her dmg is higher. I was about to tell a friend march is just better but double checking my info, noticed FUAs also proc the charges for moze and getting 6 attacks per turn with FUAs so he is 2 attacks per turn while stealthed is doable so he alings with marches 2 attacks per turn with her E2. His ulti hitce twice but march charge is an extra turn as well. 25% FUA dmg and 40% crit dmg vs 60% crit dmg, 36% break and 10% speed from march. Moze A2 trace makes him SP positive and march is SP positive. Tdlr he's as good as march and new march is good enough to fight for best 4* spot.
@@seikijin2308 actually, his A2 doesn't make him SP positive, just neutral cuz you pretty much want to use his skill every time he's back on the action queue
excuse my rambling at E2 he's good team player. probs gonna need E6 for full potential, which can be hard for a 4* with that out of the way, in a case of "this or that?", Topaz is probs still a better option with higher DMG Vulnerability on top of good damage on her own and Numby synergizes well with Feixiao's high action count. at E6, Moze gives similar benefits as a Debuffer and offers quite the damage on his own but I think Topaz' flexibility still wins. Hunt 7th is also a good candidate for Feixiao's teammate, with high action count to abuse Robin, stacking Fei's ult, and plentiful buff for Feixiao AND nuke damage of her own (but her FA is meh so Robin's FA buff is wasted on her). I'd rate [Topaz > Moze E6 > Hunt 7th > Moze E2 and below] in terms of "this or that?" but in reality their supportive and offensive capabilities are closer to each other than we'd think. Topaz is premium but only one of her is needed, Moze is a gacha 4* so we need 7 of him, and March is a completely busted free unit. do with this information as you see fit. Topaz would gain even more power with her S1 and beside her, Moze can use it the next best while Hunt 7th don't benefit much from it. on another note, the fact that Fei has three options of different elements means each option excels in their respective use case when the enemy is weak to their element.
@@aliounethiaw1443 yes... but, you really need a lot of hits to charge the feixao ult, maybe silverwolf will make her do more damage in a single ult, but you will have less ults, you prefer march 7th / moze / topaz .
No he's not better than topaz, because unlike topaz, moze needs to have a sub dps that helps strike the enemy he marked. Else once he uses his skill he's gonna disappear from the list and gonna stay gone till someone besides Fei xiao attacks the enemy

I think both Moze and Topaz are interchangeable. Use Topaz for fire weakness enemy and Moze for lightning weakness.

No topaz still better and more comfortable. March is also more f2p friendly. Use him if you like him.

He's the better topaz for ratio due to the debuffs with cons it's like 2 and with pela, aven on fire debuff one ,easy 4-5 stacks first atk itself
