Miss when you could do it like on ps3 no big process like it does now
They say it's because of license issue. IDK where the issue is as what you do is for private use, to begin with. If any streamer or youtuber would play the music he riscs a copy right strike, to begin with So IDK if it's more for the company to save money.

Do the new songs also get played in the main menu if I activate them in the jukebox options?
Can you do this with custom superstars
Replace one of the games generic songs, then assign that song to the custom superstar in game
I wish there was a way to get custom music on console but sadly there isn't!

Right click the setup file and run as administrator it took me a frustrating hour to find that answer

I’ve tried multiple songs and they still didn’t work! I’ve tried txt and mp3 I didn’t get any luck

i accidently deleted someone's music from the pck file, how can i get it back?
If you have backups enabled, check the backup folder in the Sound Editor directory and it has backups of the pck files before you injected a theme

Can you play online with this or have to be offline? Not online matches I mean connected to 2k servers

If it becomes possible to do other kinds of mods, can you upload a guide on it? I missed out on learning how to mod 2K22 or '23 due to my computer not being good enough to handle it and I got a new PC last month, hoping I could mod 2K24 but I read its not possible to mod it at this time.

can someone that is pc-knowledgeable link me to to the cheapest and best option for a pc laptop to do mods like this with WWE 2k24? i have a mac mini and doubt it will work - i'm not gonna use it for anything but this game and replacing music - possible other sd hotel mods if i can figure it out but i dont need some super fancy shmancy alienware stuff i just need the basic'est set up to do this without issues of ram or storage , and even storage i have an external i can use

DLC are normally added as new separate files, but there is no harm in keeping backups before updating
You don’t know if there’s a way to add to the music files so we don’t have to replace a song, do you? What mp3 & mp4 file converters do you use?
There are a bunch of Generic Songs for Created Wrestlers. So For this example you could replace "Patriot" with "My Time" then go to Entrances and change HHH's entrance song to "Patriot".... Once Wrestleminus becomes available for 2k24 you can go through and change the word Patriot to say My Time.
i cant get sound editor to do the update it either freezes or says an exeption occured durring a web client request idk what to do plus when i try to convert music it says wem conversion failed never had this issue in the past

People with out a laptop is out of luck and console players too can't do it with out a laptop.
One of the best reasons to get the game on PC / Laptop is for modding 🔥🔥
You can do it easily on a desktop pc.

Hello, do you know if i have the game on ps5, but i dont have it on my laptop, could i maybe with like a pendrive convert the save files, do the sound editor thing, and convert the new save files to my ps5 so i can have the custom music on it? it works but, when i replaced the song "capital 1" to the shield entrance theme, i played it a bunch of times on the editor and the song plays, but ingame, there was no sound. any help?

i have an issue for 2k14 when i try to import a sound of an attack like a "Chop" into another sound , it make the game freeze after it start where the loading of wwe freeze , so i have no choice but to use the backup , any idea how to import the file and make it works ?

Yes the Soundtrack files are in the same files as wrestler themes

sucessfuly replaced in 2k17 but when i am cosing that track, the game crashes, can anyone help?

Sound Editor was working alright but all of a sudden it is giving an error "Error: Couldn't inject file data, reason: File is locked: Do you have the game opened?"
Point to note that my game is closed and also removed from task manager yet this error is occuring when trying to replace with WEM file, any solution for this?

@@SquaredCircleGameplays yeah I tried by unticking the read only option as well yet this error persists.
As soon as I hit apply after unticking read only option, and then go back it has just ticked read only (only applies to files in folder) by itself. Below is the option of ‘Hidden’ and beside it ‘Advanced’.
