Yeah honestly, I started learning french 2 years ago from nothing and now I'm taking a B2 exam in two weeks. Of course whitney doesn't take proper lessons but still she has to think about saying je m'appelle which most people know even without ever taking french lessons. It makes me wonder if these two talk in french at all though I highly doubt it, it seems like he is practicing but she isn't

I feel like flipping the gender roles shows how crazy she is here. Imagine a man having an online tutor who's clearly not into him and is very uncomfortable at all his advances, and he goes on and on about how serious it is to friends and family, and starts pushing her to fly out to the US.
