On one of your previous videos you say squat first and then turn on the downswing so you can use the ground but here your saying move your weight to the left first. So does the squat and the moving to the left happen together?
It's two different ways of downswing that instructors teach, depending on who they are. Second one u mentioned, where u said squat and moving to the left, that squat naturally happens because u push off trail foot. First method, that squat is manually created in beginning of downswing, then push off trail foot.
Hi Raymond thanks for commenting, so these are two different methods to start the downswing and this method in the video is what my colleague Graham teaches the most and he’s found lost success with this. Both methods are great, try both and see which works best for you!
Staying stable (50/50 weight at address), ball position, changes, then same swing... this is Grahams method, my method is slightly different. As you'll probably be aware it's not one swing fits all hence why i'm showing different methods. Hope this helps!
These videos on weight transfer are a great help. Thanks!

You just got your first taste of stack and tilt.
Do you use stack and tilt in your game?
Same weight shift feeling to the front leg with driver?
