General Saltzman has been very enlightening informative of Space Force. Need to research more of this unit of our military. Thank you for an education that would interest me and to be understandable on any level.
General Saltzman is a smart guy. I'm glad to serve under him. I will be interested to see the numbers regarding retention though. The USSF enlisted members are probably the smartest on average of any branch, and their technical skills allows them to get much higher paying jobs after their military service. It doesn't make much sense for a cyber operator to stay in at E4/E5 when they get the same wage as a burger flipper from another branch.

Actually you're saving money by the Space Force being its own branch. You mention duplicate resources, but the USSF actually cuts down on duplicate efforts by consolidating the space missions of branches other than the Air Force. The Space Force has a clear streamlined mission that facilitates joint force efforts.
