1971 our canadian singer still young until this time her beauty, her voice never fade. I love you.miss Anne Murray
So cool. I love her voice, singing or speaking, both so beautiful. And hear that Canadian accent! "Oat"-side".
That is a pure Nova Scotia accent with her Alto voice and speak. I was born there.
I think I'm in love with Anne Murray.
A true blue talent, and person. An actual idol.
Cool clip, complete with winter how I remember it when I was little.
Her and her mother look exactly alike!
CBC do you have more Anne Murray early years videos like this ? LOVE !!

My family
To her credit, Anne never surrender her authenticity to stardom. I've always felt that came from her coming to show business from the side door, that being education, being a teacher. It always seemed to me, watching her journey, that she was being tugged into stardom, as compared to pursuing it hungrily. It always seemed to me also that with her the art and the music came first, not the fame. She once said that when she appeared the first time in Las Vegas, she realized for the first time she was really in show business. The quality of her recordings and her personal appearances always reflected a top-of-the-line ethic, too.
thanks a lot for this!
I was born in 1971 ...
Incredible
So Cool!!!
Hermosa mujer y excelente voz. La admiro muchisimo desde mi adolescencia. Su voz y su música me transmite mucha paz. Eres la mejor cantante de todos los tiempos Anne.

so cute, as usual.
her mother looks totallly mortified in that clip
Wonder if Bruce ever really became a priest.🤣
Anne is as real today as she is here in 1971. I've learned a great deal from Anne regarding character, grace and tenacity. I so admire her and her music.
