The Premier League recently had a motion filed which will see teams vote whether they want to keep or get rid of VAR. The motion was brought forward by Wolverhampton Wanderers and seems to have gained a lot of traction especially with fans. How did something that seemed so good turn out to be so wrong? That's the question we ask today as we give you five reasons the Video Assistant Referee should be removed immediately.
The first and most obvious reason is that it kills the flow and spirit of the game. Football is known as the beautiful game for a reason and it has been significantly hampered with the introduction of VAR. The game is no longer free flowing but instead every single challenge and goal is looked at and monitored endlessly by the system.

VAR Shouldn't be removed, it's the people who operate it
If it was used as it was planned in the first place it would be alright
VAR shouldnt be removed,its great,it just needs improvements,firstly as you said communication needs to be improved and the video footage that they are checking should be displayed and the decision's reason should be communicated,secondly we just need more technologies that wouldnt be expensive and would be efficient at crucial decisions,thats simply it

Some time football fans are very hypocrite when the decision against then they want var to intervene and if decision is in favour then they will thank var.

@@supriyasarkar4686 really I wanted to say something else but sorry I want to say that technology help us to give right decision even that you can see in 2022 wc arg v fra when messi scored the third goal people were saying that goal should not allowed because the player was in an offside position but with the help of var technology got to now that it was not offside.
The refs never have to answer questions and it would be nice if it was changed

Football is a game of natural ability and shouldn't be lead by tecnology, we need to accept it with its mistakes.

People who stand up for VAR are everything wrong with football. It's so ingrained into the younger generation of fans now that they can't imagine a world without it. It's a complete joke, has always been a complete joke, it's killed almost every league in the world, you can't celebrate goals with confidence, ruins the passion, no adrenalin rush, nothing.
