Thats while within Barrier not LUK. Dex was the stat which affected Qadal % buildup and consequences such as sleep stun death. Ofc idk what the hell Dex does now but no- LUK is not a factor. Youll survive once in Barrier but only once for the rest of the Qadal timer. Itll stop your combo but you can reap one last skill under the effect (the immediate skill gets the buff so dont use a combo- use just the desired skill) and you gotta wait.
