- Due to several requests I've been receiving from RJ, Stefanie and Hart to Hart fans here, I'm posting this musicvid of interview clips I did. The videoclips are not necessarily how they had been originally presented but I hope you enjoy this one:-) You'd find here some really funny, naughty and quite REVEALING moments between these two! I think Stefanie is more present in the mind and heart of RJ than Jill.
He has already spoken this in interviews, no woman he knows as well as stefanie!!!
Every interview with rj and jill she never lets him speak. I just saw a recent interview with stefanie powers and she said rj and her are still close and he was now 90. She also stated she hated getting older and being alone.
This is a fantastic fan video! God I love Hart2Hart and them both so much! It was the best TV, they dont make stuff like that not anymore! The interview clips are wonderful,have not watched them before!

We know they did it. They never answered the question. Not once but many times they were asked. That's fine with me. It's none of my business.. I'm kinda glad imagining them together. It keeps the fantasy in my mind stimulated...for life.

That Larry King moment always makes me smile. She has a great laugh and tell-tale eyes. I can't imagine that they didn't develop a with benefits friendship He claims in his book to have slept with many well-known, beautiful women. Why would he have resisted her? Or she him, for that matter? He was a handsome, seemingly charming man at the time, and they did spend an awful lot of time playing house for several years. I just love seeing them together. Thanks for posting.

I read both of their books, I loved reading her's because she spoke of her passions. I read his book and saw his lashing out at Stef was no more than a little boy not getting his way. Why as a friend he couldn't understand her wanting to go and do different things is beyond me. He did, speak of her well, when speaking about her being there for him in his darkest days ( losing Natalie ) as well as he was there for her. They are bonded by their grief forever. I think he will always have feelings for her, He chose JSJ because she was the safe choice, I'm mean where was her career going???
I agree, I thought he was kind of an ass. But he is still gorgeous.

I often wish people would not get so salty about what he said about Stefanie oin his book.. let's keep in mind who wrote this with him and canned- edited every SINGLE word..ok? We all know that Jill can’t stand Stefanie and Stefanie has way more talent than Jill has in her pinky.😂 You know that the writers, who wrote the line “No,taste broad?” In The Pilot

I do agree to some extent that Stefanie did have feelings for RJ ( it was definitely mutual ) what actors who work together, ever do interviews holding hands? I mean, come on. even Stevie Wonder could see it😂😂😂

Yes, for me they are the greatest couple too! But for me, their kind of chemistry has not been equalled by any other couple. Because theirs extended beyond the "reel." Jonathan and Jennifer, RJ and Stefanie have great rapport on and off screen. The remington steele couple was limited to their characters only...just my opinion and according to some showbiz reports :-)

Stefanie asked for 12 months to do Applause because if it went to Broadway that would be a dream fulfilled for her. Considering there was almost 10 years between season 5 and the movies I wouldn't have thought 12 months was an outrageous request!

Near the end of William's life, William and Stefanie were starting to have a rocky relationship do to his drinking. Everyone said she was enabling him. So she broke it off.
I think he said "...I like you your legs wrapped around my".... bleeeeep I want to know what that was too. I bet it's more than funny to have that reaction from Stefanie. Did anyone notice how surprised she was when she looked at RJ. He must have said somethin really naughty :) LOVE THIS VIDEO!!

I believe, they had a more intimate relationship, but they chose to keep it private. The silences and laughing glances, tell the real story. However, I lost all respect for RJ after he dissed Stefanie in the book and probabley ruined a four decades friendship, over Money. 10 million for tv movies, I don't' think so. She had every right to do the Applause play. Stefanie is a million times better actress than Jill St.John and a much more loving and giving person. Jill is a gold digging bimbo.

I was so disappointed when I read RJ's book. I always thought that they are close friends. I guess RJ was in love with Stefanie but he did not want him. In their interviews even in the late ones you can see that he obviously loves her. Maybe he was hurt that she didn' t want to go on with heart to heart. And I also believe that Jill is and always was jealous because they had that chemistry. So he wrote in his book that Jill was better in Lover Letters than Stef.

The clip from Max In Love was a bit edited. I just watched the episode. What Jonathan actually said was "I love where your arms and legs are." It was in reply to what Jennifer said about the items being auctioned. The implication of what Jonathan said to her is very sexy! 😉

No you’re right they never do answer that question, and why should they have to? There’s nothing wrong with keeping the fantasy of them maybe being together, maybe they were and maybe they weren’t, we will never know, or maybe we do maybe we don’t. There’s nothing wrong with having those thoughts. though others will try to ruin that. I pay no mind to those people…

It's called "America with Dennis Wholey" from 1993 and I'm not sure if it's on UA-cam, you might just have to search through all the Stefanie/RJ stuff on here :-)

you are wrong about the espisode. it is the episode where Max falls in love wtih the woman responsible for robbing the Harts. They are at an auction where Max buys ear rings for the woman. I believe the episode is called Max in Love.

you guys :( totally bumming me out about RJ's words about Stefanie. im totally hurt by that. i cannot believe he said what you all are relaying. seriously. disappointed.
RJ, although he seems strong is very insecure, he wanted a women always by his side and giving him constant attention. Stephanie was too busy with the William Holden foundation and had many varied interests. In his book he accussed Natalie of "emotional infidelity" which makes me think he had it in for Walken. In my opinion he felt they were having an affair and may have accidently pushed her off the boat. I don't know if he did it to scare her or meant to kill her but based on everything he said in the book I think he was capable of it.

Stefanie is just better at everything. In real life RJ doesn't seem to have very good judgement, when it comes to women. Natalie being the exception.
I have never cared for Jill. I didn't like the way she moved in on Rj, just a few weeks after Natalie died. It doesn't speak well for RJ, either. In his book, he said they didn't start dating until 6 months later. Big Lie! I still have the press clippings showing them out on the town 4 weeks after Nat. died. Rumors say the kids hate Jill, too.
