Josh, wind hardly affects the shot; just take back the power very slightly. A tactic I do once I've hit with a shot is keep it at the same angle, and if they move, then just adjust the power minimally. Also, use the Firing Range to test out the weapons you have. Best ones at your level would be Sinkhole, Flower, Snake, Airstrike, Grenade (if you can land it right), Banana. I'm level 50+ at this - hope I helped :)
