- This is the beginning of lots of years and miles on the Transeurotrail!
The lucky number one for us was TET Poland (section 2)
Im on the KTM 690 Enduro R 2019 with Radegarage fairing kit and auxiluiry tank and Enduristan Blizzard XL soft panniers and a Moskomoto tank bag.
Stefan is on the KTM 1290 Adventure R 2019 and it is a real beast!
We start in Uddevalla Sweden and drive to Ystad and take the ferry to swinoujscie. Then highway south to the start of section 2. after the section 2 we made an own track to Gdansk and take ferry back to Sweden.

Thank you! 😄 i have been in poland two times by car, and this was first time on 2 wheels, we also like poland very much! If the corona let us, we will be back this year and drive the south part of TET. I have also change bike, now Im on 500exc instead. Hope it will cover the miles like 690 does 🤞🏼 cheers mate and rock on 🤘🏼😄

@@kaiarne1 I got on very well as my bike is made dor stuff like that. My friend in the Guzzi struggled a bit as that bike is more road oriented and quite too heavy for all that mud and heavy dirt…

Great video ! TET Poland looks beautiful, better than in real ;) KTM 1290 is a bit to heavy for that kind of tracks. Definitely 690 gives more fun !

@@Karel.C you se very well those mirror are very good but very expensive. There are some cheap copys but those you do not se well in.

Is TET Poland legal on all tracks shown on maps?
@@michagolonko9633 yes! Sometimes it is an update. But if you download the track from site and go couple of days later you will be fine :)
How was your experience camping in the wild in Poland?
It was fine. But i think we went to late in the evening looking for nice spots. So every spot was not superb 😅

Hi, I have question to Kai, If you will now have chance to choose bike after this TET what would you take? Second fouth, If you will have chance to choose between 690 Enduro R and 701 LR from the same model year, what would you choose?
Hi tomasz! Well, i have sold the 690 and bought a 500EXC 2016! Just ordered haan wheels with cushdrive, 20 liters acerbis tank and seatconcept comfort XL seat to the bike. And some other small parts.. i think 690 is little to heavy for me. So i hope i will be happy with the 500! If i have to choose between 690 or 701lr. Il take 690. I had a 701 2019 SM before the 690.. but with the 701LR you dont need extra fueltank wich is really nice 👍🏼 but if i had 701lr a Nomadadv tower is a must because standard is ugly as hell 😂
@@kaiarne1 Yes I agree with your opinion about this ugly look. I also consider 500 exc but there are short oil intervals, I gues because this engine is more race ready. I hope You will enjoy this 500.
I need bike for all kind of terains sometimes even as a solution to every day ride even to work. That's why in my mind there is an idea for 690 with rally tower. You have experience with this bike, that's why I am asking you about opinion is it good idea or not. Is 690 a problematic motorcycle after so many kilometers you made?
@@kicekap if u dont race the 500 u can strech it to 20-25ours between oil changes :) it is more service, but i ha e ridden dirtbikes on/of for 20 years so its not that hard to change oil/filters. But, 690/701 is brilliant bikes no doubt 👍🏼 only thing for me was the weight. In my opinion they are really realible bikes. Nothing have broke down for me :) i also use my bikes for everything like u do! If 500isnt good, i Will go back for 690 again. 💪🏼

Tack! Jag är en utomlands fantast. Så tycker alltid att allt är bättre än Sverige 😅 men det är trevligt folk! God öl och god mat! Billigt! Extremt ”adventure” vänligt överallt även utanför tet. Finns hur mycket som helst att köra utanför tet också.

Thanks! We have not drove swedish tet yet. Just little bit in south.. i think you need go up north in Sweden to get exited... but thats me, if you are not from Sweden, i think you will love it all. Everything new is always fun 🤩
Det var en rejäl tripp ni var iväg på, kul att följa med på den men du måste ju ha en bak av stål som åker så långt på en 690, jag gnäller efter 30 mil på min GS Adventure med Komfortsadel ;) .. Mycket bra val av musik med.!

( 272 mil på polsk mark och ca 80 i Sverige totalt) och denna resa ska jag köra på en 2016 500EXC istället 😊 den ser du snabbt på min senaste video.. kör du själv TET också? 😊
@@kaiarne1 Jag har bara som snabbast varit på TET men kört lite på TST. Funderar på att byta min GS Adventure mot en 1290 - 21 och även om den också är stor och tung så är det ett litet steg mot offroad hållet.. Funderade lite på en 890 men vill kunna köra Europa runt med hyfsad komfort också. Jag är som sagt lite gnällig när det kommer till komforten.. 🙃
@@Swedeonamotorcycle okej. Ja 1290 är en fin cykel, men jag tycker den känns väldigt stor. En annan kompis har africa twin. Den känns relativt smidig och extremt komfortabel. Inte lika mycket pulver som 1290 dock 🤪 Husqvarnas 901 Norden blir nog fin! När nu den släpps 😳😂

Roligt att titta på din film, jag kör själv en 690 och en 1200 gsa. Roligt att se de olika körstilarna känner igen mig själv när jag kör de olika hojarna. Har kört Tet i Sveriges en bit med gsa. Ser att du har byggt om din 690 😊 ska kolla vidare på dina filmer. Har själv lagt upp lite på min kanal
Hej Josef 😊 kul att du gillade filmen 😄 jag har faktiskt sålt min 690 och köpt något ännu lättare, KTM 500EXC 2016, som jag håller på att bygga om lite grann. Jag är inte så stor kroppsmässigt så tyckte 690 var lite tung, men utöver det var jag extremt nöjd med 690n.. 1290 och gsa och liknande är ingenting för mig 😊 vi hoppas köra den södra delen av tet i polen nu detta året.. men om de blir lockdown, så kör vi svenska. Den har vi inte testat. Är den bra tycker du?

@@comdo831 I meant the lack of knowledge of basic phrases in English. Police should be able to identify at least the basic English language at that time. We are in the 21st century
