You guy's really are fantastic. I got bit by the chopper bug last march, and here I am now. My frame with your hardtail kit on going to powder coating tomorrow. Your video's have been and still are completely the reason I was willing to take this project on. All thanks to you guys and this exact bike.
That is one of the cleanest EVO Sportster choppers I've seen in quite a while. It's a great no-nonsense road bike -- an everyday rider. The only things I would have done differently was to go with four-inch overstock fork tubes, a H-D 19" cast wheel, retained the front fender mounts, and installed a set of fork gaiters. I love your "philosophy" regarding putting more choppers on the road! Made in America is the only way to go! Throttle Addiction and Chop Cult -- yeah! Keep up the great work! Tell 'em John, Craig and Paul from Eazy Co sentcha!
Hey Zach and Throttle addiction team! You guys are awesome!!! I’ve been waiting for this chopper! Watched the build videos. I hope I win it, it’s a very clean, well made and classy chopper! Excellent work!!!
For the conversion kits we sell them based on model year. The 91-99 kit has 12.7mm offset on the front sprocket, and 9.8mm on the rear offset. For all years belt clears and the chain conversion will give you even more clearance so no worries about it rubbing on the frame
Yes we did, we used an Ultima Ignition and our Sportster chopper wiring harness kit, here is a link to a how to video showing how we wired this bike: ua-cam.com/video/IU_6wuz3pZo/v-deo.html
Greetings from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Great instruction videos with explanations why for an aspiring homebuilder like me. You guys are top-notch! 💯🫵🏼👍🏼🫡👊🏼✌🏼🇳🇱
It really depends on how far you want to take your build. A hardtail will cost about $500 USD for that model, and probably plan on at least another $500 in smaller parts and pieces to get it running. Then whatever else you want to make it pretty like a new tank, handlebars, paint etc. adds to that. So I would say at least $1000 USD to hardtail your Sportster and make it ridable, then you can gradually make further customizations from there and spend as much or as little as you want
@@khaledibr205 unfortunately we are unable to ship to Saudi Arabia at this time, and we don't offer a hardtail for 2015 Sportsters. However, I will link a hardtail from a different manufacturer that might be able to ship one to you: www.lowbrowcustoms.com/collections/motorcycle-hardtail/products/weld-on-hardtail-rear-frame-section-2004-2022-harley-davidson-sportster
I want to get into choppers. I think my next bike I'll get an old Sportster and build one. Is there names for the different types of choppers? Like you have these, then you have those gay looking OCC choppers.

That’s awesome to hear! Send us some pictures when your bike’s done, we’d love to see it🤘
I definitely will.

Cool build that doesn’t break the bank.
Why do you not offer spring seats with the kit?
Perfect I want this
Definitely coping a tee shirt for this giveaway! One bad sporty I sure do miss mine but maybe I can win one yeah baby! She a baaad sporty!
What size are the fork extensions yall used? 2 inch?
what are specs on the chain conversion kit, depending on the offset your {530} chain could rub on the frame

I wanna win this bike!!! Such a cool, clean perfect sporty chop!
What was involved in using the throttle addiction max current air cleaner? The description online says for 2007 and up but this is a 2002 motor.
The breather bolt spacers are different lengths so you have to get creative
That's the kind of chopper I'd actually ride. It doesn't have the crazy long forks or the funky handlebars that place your hands like 8 inches apart.
Looks killer fellas
I hope I win this beauty! Bought my tickets earlier. 🎉
That is such a clean looking bike....I'm in 🤑
Did you guys change the ignition system?
Yes we did, we used an Ultima Ignition and our Sportster chopper wiring harness kit, here is a link to a how to video showing how we wired this bike: ua-cam.com/video/IU_6wuz3pZo/v-deo.html
How many inches did you shave off each side of the handlebars to tighten them up ?
1-2 inches off each side about, sorry don't remember exactly how much
