@@Esk8WI Look up stone ground longboard wheels. Stoneground isn't for better grip. It's usually used on slide wheels. The shiny skin on new wheels is far grippier. Stone ground is likely used on eskate wheels because it ensures a consistent feel and can reduce the chance of early chunking.

They have a stone grind finish so they're supposed to be grippier especially with the wider contact patch, should be better!
