My exes, ours, but definitely his overall pittie named Cali. An open-hearted and loving American Stratfodshire Terrier, also semi known as am American Bluenosed Pitbull. Had Lymphoma. So she was gone in a day. I feel Daisy passed on energy to you to make an absolutely awe inspiring song. It struck a deep cord with me from the start. But now it just rings truly. Literally went through the same thing with my dog "Lady" finally she had to get euthanized only maybe 2 weeks ago now. Terminal as well. Cancer. Too old to really do anything anyway. Her tumor grew so fast she declined so quickly she went from still jumping clean over fences to 8 months later unable to hardly walk at all. She already was getting bad eyesight and hearing but she was nearly completely blind and deaf and couldn't walk and she STILL was right there right beside me all the way til the end. Even going on walks with her barely working legs I had to stop letting her do that cause she NEEDED REST. she just wouldn't. She was a true protector, companion, nanny dog to my children. I grew up with her. I still think she's going to be there right by me or in one of her spots... it's very crushing... I've known pilot passed but didn't know it was so similar to what my lady went through. She was a lap mix if some sort, a rescue she was tall and lean and people thought she was so unique looking as she looked like a black lab but also like some med/long haired greyhound or something. She used to jump thriugh hula hoops, she hopped through fields like a deer and swan so smoothly with just her head and top of her back on top of the water. She was amazing and I miss her every second. I'm so sorry you had to watch pilot decline and go through that. I have a feeling your pilot was quite an emotional support dog just like my lady. Rest in peace to our babies 🙏❤ idk what I believe in but if there's a "heaven" I believe all dogs go there. Love you pookie

Just got back from carrying my dog petey into the vet he was motionless on the floor. He has advanced lymes disease morgellons & lonestar we both got i ended up in the er last year my whole lifes different
My dogs been struggling for the last week, shes got one last car ride this week. Its breaking my heart, she did a great job, its time. The synchronicities dont stop in this life with eyes to see. I already appreciate this in advance. Like a motherfuggin Gampo 👑🫡❤
Had to put my boy to sleep two months ago. He was really sick and slowing down, couldn't really do much and it was hurting us to see him like that. We miss him dearly, and this song hits different since then. I know the pain and I'm sorry you have to go through it too. It's never easy. Give her lots of love from the rest of us too.

Not "recovered" but improved enough that it's clear she's not uncomfortable and put off passing for some later time. My first big mental breakdown after moving out here to STP I just left and drove one night to Duluth sad af and found myself at some dive bar to drink and sleep in the back of my jeep.
