I had no idea what growth did, i had the random idea to just make him an absolute tank and had so many nectars and pauldrons and i had like 500 needles, first run so i don’t know how many burst lasers i would have had tho i’d assume it’d be just 4 less than needles if the item amounts were the same but the base laser lasted waay too long, i then tried recreating it and discovered it was tied to an item then gave up…i’m still new so i didn’t know key words were just outright explained till i actually looked in his description, that would explain why i was moving with 1000% movement speed despite having the pauldrons

I recently had a run where I stacked egocent and looped to sanctuary stage 7 as the false son. Through the run, i found 2 prayer beads printers and basically stacked stats for like 10 minutes each time. Print then gain like x5 stacks of the buff then printing and resetting. I ended up with like 80 pearls and at least 10 where irradiant.
What i like about his Alt-Special is that it regens 30% of your Secondary charges. The original Special doesn't regen very much of the secondary comparatively, especially if you have a really really high health run.
You know its funny. By the end, Mithrix still had more health than you. But instead of having like, 100,000x the amount of health you had, he just had 4x as much
Also talking about watches being shit I actually have a theory i wonder if anyone can prove cause of a previoid incident involving consumed tonics and Dios Would hitting a shrine of order still conform all the used up items into one stack of one of thoses consumed items Because if so, You could in theory take all your Consumed watches, potions, Regen Scrap, Dios, Tonic afflictions and a Sales star and possibly end up with a surplus of either sales stars or regen scrap and get rid of useless consumed items and Tonic afflictions for a possible profit if done early enough in ur run and u find a shrine of order.

Honestly, I think we were a tad bit harsh on the new items we got. The more I play with them, the more I don't mind most of the additions. Like the green dorito that teleports? Actually not as bad as Old War Stealthkit. Knockback Fin? It should be a guaranteed proc with stacks influencing how strong the knockback is, but I have actually gotten quite a bit of use out of it for just pushing elites off stage. That new lunar? A lot of people hate it but it really offers a new playstyle and the downside actually matters. We still do need a balance patch though, we have a ton of bad "do nothing" items floating around now.

Ive never had it not proc like Ive had with flasks and also has good synnergy with other items like flasks, transcendence, cautious slug, red whip etc. I try to have at least 1 a run when im playing.
Did you know the orbital beams in the false son boss fight stage deals damage based off health so if you have the blue item that makes all health shields they deal one damage per hit
Okay, but if you hate shields for taking away your one-shot protection then why do you like warped echo? If something hits you for twice your health you'll get reduced to like 1 hp from one-shot protection and then killed by warped echo hitting you with the other part.
if you have warped echo + other items, you can negate the damage entirely, unlike shields, where you have nothing to do but run and hide for 9 seconds (regardless of your HP BTW!)
and shields only benefit you by increasing survivability ! but in doing so makes half ur items (healing) worthless ! typically the only people that like shields are those that play eclipse because the modifiers make healing items suck, so it isn't a big deal
Bolstering lantern is such a an iffy item, has its uses, of your low health, getting a free damage increase for being bad? Great but kind mid, and probably not gonna be used alot especially if you don't lose health, now I know that rex exists, but directive:drill is better than seed barrage, so 90% of the time your just full health, it becomes worse in eclipse since you really don't wanna lose go in it

shield gets strong imo with the lunar beetle on huntress you get way more shield than hp and on huntress if your more frequently than maybe ever 11- 13 your fucked anyways so the fakt that it regens you 100% so fast is crazy obviously its not made for tanks.

I think it's more for later in the run where sometimes one accidental hit is all it takes, but even then it's not common to get hit exactly one time without something else finishing you off

That's a bug though. It only happens if the blue shield absorbs all of the hit and doesn't reduce your actual health. If you just have opal and no shield (or if the shield isn't big enough to take all of the damage) Warped Echo literally makes you take more damage by ignoring opal on the delayed damage and yes, it also puts you in danger.
@@alperen5962 I just checked in-game and we were both wrong. With just opals and echo, opal does get broken but the second hit still seems to be reduced. I gave myself 999 opals and 1 warped echo and both hits were reduced to 1. My guess would be that both the shields recharging instantly and the opal affecting both hits are intended behaviours to prevent antisynergy. You're right that not breaking opals at all while shield is up is probably a bug though

Second hit seems to be affected by opal but less for some reason. When I gave myself a few opals I took a lot more damage in the second hit than I did in the first, then I kept giving myself more opals and damage kept getting less and less until it was 1 at aroud 400 opals.

on the new first stage there is either a guarantee scrapper or large chest on the wreck
at least that's how its been for me
pretty sure prayer beads still dont work correctly, they check the stack count after you scrap them so they dont give you the correct amount
