  • A message from Shane de Jong regarding the COVID 19 crisis.
    "Good Afternoon everyone. I’m Shane de Jong, President of the Totem Auto Group.
    I’d like to take a minute to address the current situation surrounding the COVID-19 health crisis. Let’s keep in mind that this situation is evolving fast, and things can change without much warning.
    As many of you already know this situation is serious. We want all of our customers to know that we are treating it as such.
    The well being of our staff, customers and families is top priority.
    For now, we will continue to operate during our normal business hours with no interruption to the services we offer.
    We have increased all our sanitary protocols and are practicing social distancing measures.
    We are still committed to giving the same great level of customer service you have come to expect from us.
    We ask that all patrons practice proper hygiene always, but especially when being present in our facilities. If you are unwell or have traveled recently, we ask that you refrain completely from entering any of our businesses for at least two weeks.
    Please contact via phone or email and we will make arrangements to remotely handle your concerns.
    Continuous diligent monitoring of this situation will happen, and we promise to update you as more direction is given, and additional information is shared.
