istg this is so true. SO many people are mad because they keep dying, arent you meant to die in order to progress? It really pisses me off that people are expecting to win 1st try. Yes maybe when it got first released it was hard because of alot of entities spawning in one room. But now its perfectly balanced like it should be. I myself have had alot of trail and error and won.

in the whole doors thing, people who were mad just didnt like how it took forever to finish a door, I can say yes it gets anoying at times but saying the whole update sucks because of this is crazy, the update introduces jumping, 3 new entities, evolves the story, and has a really cool final door and door 50 concept, and to be honest people were only mad because of the difficulty, but even with this, me and a freind had a fun time playing it overall even though we died alot.

My personal opinion of floor 2 was a bit mixed. I knew that updates or releases of games were unbalanced for the first day so I was eager for a challenge in the game, then when floor 2 hit I made it only to door 144 with a revive on my first attempt. The mass entity spawn rate allowed me to adapt really fast to what must be done and I’m currently getting to the 150th door at a consistent pace

Honestly the difficulty of floor 2 was pretty alright before the nerfs, my main issue is door 150 (if you know, you know) cause there's some bad spots you can get yourself into and your only choice is to wait it out. I think that the (removed that one room) was probably a puzzle room with the gas thing which basically meant you would backtrack to the previous room just not to die and it was a slog which is understandable. Overall a cool update, looking forward to what will Lsplash cook next.
Honestly, door 150 could be fixed by just removing RNG from the paths (having random ramps blocked off for no reason is annoying and it softlocked me more than once) and maybe giving Guiding Light a more active role in helping the player find the objectives.

I'd say the game is not hard, i think they always get stuck at door 150 because there are too many Grumples and they ai is a bit bugged, the rest tho is really balanced so i don't know what the fuck people are getting mad about
Their discord was absolutely FLOODED with hate when it dropped. It was an absolute nightmare. Some people had to get removed due to it getting very toxic in the server.

i get that some of the rooms in the new update may seem annoyingly long (definitely true, especially in singleplayer 150 from experience spectating a friend, lol) and that the second floor is difficult (*which they literally confirmed way before the update released*) but it’s still fun. twitter CANNOT have mercy, only hate.
The balancing of floor 2 is crazy tho. You start off with pretty much regular doors gameplay up until 140 where it starts to get a little harder with the seek chase, specifically the Minecart section. Then you get transported into a heavily rng based, ungodly section that took me so long to get past, but after you pass it the games becomes incredibly easy and feels like it was rushed to get out on time (besides the ending boss fight that was pretty cool) and then we get an ending that is quite boring but serves its purpose to hint floor 3. Overall, 150 is impossible and the rest of the game is free. Side note: I don’t think the game is too difficult I just think it isn’t balanced correctly

Fact that people are hating on Floor 2 basically because “it’s too hard” is so stupid. Devs stated a year ago that it was *supposed* to be challenging. That’s why they said they wouldn’t add difficulties to the floors because they’d progressively get more and more challenging to beat. And- yes, Floor 2 has its bugs. But what game doesn’t??? Some bugs go unnoticed when making videogames until the playerbase finds them themselves. “Floor 2 takes too long oh this room took 3 minutes to beat” OKAY??? It’s supposed to take a while that’s why it’s a boss room… You’re telling me when you first got to door 50 on Floor 1 it didn’t take you a bit of time to beat? When you first got to the Greenhouse it didn’t take you time to beat? Door 100? Not to mention, as stated prior - *that’s literally the point*. Floor 2 is SUPPOSED to be hard, it’s SUPPOSED to take a good chunk of time to beat. I think these issues stem from the fact that everybody is so accustomed to Floor 1 being a cakewalk that as soon as Floor 2 posed a genuine challenge they got all nit-picky. People are so used to DOORS being this “easy game” that they cannot comprehend it genuinely posing a challenge. So to put it simply: Floor 2 doesn’t suck, you suck.
About the 3 minute room. It isn’t a boss. There are always random rooms appearing that take 3 minutes to beat for no good reason. The pace of floor 2 is just shit tbh. Floor 1, hotel+, April fools 2023 were all more fun when they first released

I'll be honest, as a mobile player, I hated the heartbeat minigame since you cant exit once it starts so it's either you get kicked or die. Heartbeat mini was the only thing I hated, all the others one I didn't pay much mind.

Because it’ll start making you move around you even if you’ve only moved a _minuscule_ amount from where you originally started holding down. This caused me to die because apparently the game recognized me as leaning right, instead of left. *I needed to turn left.* TL;DR: Dynamic Joystick makes it very awkward for me to move properly during the mine cart section in the first Seek chase
The Doors drama reminds me of when Elden Ring's DLC released. Everyone was mad and complained it was too hard. It's been a few months now, now I see a lot of praise for the DLC, I wonder if people will start to like floor 2 after a little while like Elden Ring.
This is just how game balance works, its impossible to get it right on the first try. They've already toned the difficulty down less than a day after the update released, which I at least consider to be above standard for major updates brought to any game.

Surprisingly my only criticism with Floor 2 besides Seek showing up way too much is, where the heck did Figure go? He showed sp much at the start like it was hyping up for something big for him, but he just vanished and i find that a missed opportunity.
The only annoying thing about Floor 2 that I've had a problem with so far is the A.I. of the Grumbles at door 150, and how long some rooms take because of the generator fixing rooms.

I have beef with doors because I can’t play it, I have always been able to play doors but all of a sudden when I try to play floor one, it just kicks me off the game. Also just saying I haven’t beat floor one, so that’s what I was joining to try and do, but it just kicks me off Roblox completely

the only thing I don't like about floor 2 is that, the optimization sucks! I have a potato PC and have to play on minimum settings. It always worked and game was going smoothly. But after this update I always get little freezes or straight up crash. My friend that has a better PC suffered from that a bit too. that's my only complain, everything else is pretty much what I expected. rooms might be bigger and really slow, but they don't feel like that to me tbh. (also let's not forget that we've got Backdoor, Rooms and also Hotel+. That is a lot, we weren't just waiting in a radio silence)
The only minor issue I have with floor 2 of doors is the fact that 2 enemies are just white screech, one small and annoying, another big and annoying. And also the mechanics are a little tedious but I don't really care about that.

I will admit. I had one complaint with the update when it FIRST dropped. I'm talking. The first DAY. I was MAJORLY annoyed that there was no way to skip over floor 1. I had beaten floor 1 MULTIPLE times and grown tired of seeing the same rooms, so I was irritated there was no way to jump to floor 2 without doing floor 1. HOWEVER! They recently made an 'override' system and now you can skip to floor 2! I'm super happy about it and have been playing nonstop since. Other than that, Floor 2 is fun! :)
i like how pressure gets praised for being hard and throwing punches but when Doors does it it's a problem, smfh and it's stupid that people cant just adapt to the difficulty, my husband and i spent some time getting use to the new stuff and i have yet to beat it but with each run we get better and better.

Fr I watched someone play it (they are a pro) and they were sweating then when the second time they played it (after the nerf) he was going through it like a car going 100MPH
the grumble room takes like 30 minutes and its the worst part of the game because grumbles camp at your room for minutes and you cant do anything about it.the lights in seek's chase are extremly hard to see and the figure movement is really wierd it can get you killed when you do nothing wrong.

The only real problem with Floor 2 is the Door 150. Because this is too big a location where you can spend a lot of time on orientation, finding Anchors and at the same time often face the fact that you can't find the last Anchor, wherever you are. Maps that other players have recently drawn, marking paths with glowing sticks - this makes the process easier, but not so much that you can "breathe deeply". With two Grumbles constantly stalking you, you often can't go back to the control room for a very long time and the gameplay becomes so hellish that even if "all the stars come together", all Anchors will be as close as possible and you will pass this door, then at the exit you will just be tired and exhausted, make more mistakes and the risk of dying is high on Door 200. But the solutions to this problem can be found the simplest, not even by reducing the map or the number of Grumbles - just designate the visual identifier of Anchors in addition to the sound one. Or remove the spawn of Anchors from the upper floors. THAT'S IT, MOST OF THE PROBLEMS WILL BE SOLVED! And as a result, we got a door, because of which the middle of the game is simply ruined, after it there is no desire to play at all. On my channel, in the Community tab, I described in more detail my indignation about door 150. Thank you for your attention. And like the author of this video!

Wanna know something mind blowing? Pressure was balanced. It was hard, but you had a chance. The floor 2 update was entity spamming, the horror that was the Hide heartbeat mini game, and some locations being way too large and time consuming.

The amount of detail the devs put into making Floor 2 is immaculate, and they don't even have yhat many people to design the game. I've beat Floor 2 five times now. I think it's an interesting shake-up on the formula we've had for some time now. However, it is decently difficult, and I even struggle at times sweating on a Series X. I can see this floor being a nightmare/borderline impossible for some mobile players. There's a fantastic idea at the core, but it definitely needs some considerable tuning before it truly feels good.

The seek chase at 195 is also very hard on console because the screen doesn't turn fast enough. And then you have to do it all over again while going through a bunch of 5 minute rooms. Honestly, door 150 could be fixed by just removing RNG from the paths (having random ramps blocked off for no reason is annoying and it softlocked me more than once) and maybe giving Guiding Light a more active role in helping the player find the objectives.

i get that some of the rooms in the new update may seem annoyingly long (definitely true, especially in singleplayer 150 from experience spectating a friend, lol) and that the second floor is difficult (*which they literally confirmed way before the update released*) but it’s still fun. twitter CANNOT have mercy, only hate.
The balancing of floor 2 is crazy tho. You start off with pretty much regular doors gameplay up until 140 where it starts to get a little harder with the seek chase, specifically the Minecart section. Then you get transported into a heavily rng based, ungodly section that took me so long to get past, but after you pass it the games becomes incredibly easy and feels like it was rushed to get out on time (besides the ending boss fight that was pretty cool) and then we get an ending that is quite boring but serves its purpose to hint floor 3. Overall, 150 is impossible and the rest of the game is free. Side note: I don’t think the game is too difficult I just think it isn’t balanced correctly

Devs stated a year ago that it was *supposed* to be challenging. That’s why they said they wouldn’t add difficulties to the floors because they’d progressively get more and more challenging to beat.
And- yes, Floor 2 has its bugs. But what game doesn’t??? Some bugs go unnoticed when making videogames until the playerbase finds them themselves.

Because it’ll start making you move around you even if you’ve only moved a _minuscule_ amount from where you originally started holding down. This caused me to die because apparently the game recognized me as leaning right, instead of left. *I needed to turn left.*
TL;DR: Dynamic Joystick makes it very awkward for me to move properly during the mine cart section in the first Seek chase

The Doors drama reminds me of when Elden Ring's DLC released. Everyone was mad and complained it was too hard. It's been a few months now, now I see a lot of praise for the DLC, I wonder if people will start to like floor 2 after a little while like Elden Ring.
This is just how game balance works, its impossible to get it right on the first try. They've already toned the difficulty down less than a day after the update released, which I at least consider to be above standard for major updates brought to any game.

Surprisingly my only criticism with Floor 2 besides Seek showing up way too much is, where the heck did Figure go? He showed sp much at the start like it was hyping up for something big for him, but he just vanished and i find that a missed opportunity.
The only annoying thing about Floor 2 that I've had a problem with so far is the A.I. of the Grumbles at door 150, and how long some rooms take because of the generator fixing rooms.

the only thing I don't like about floor 2 is that, the optimization sucks! I have a potato PC and have to play on minimum settings. It always worked and game was going smoothly. But after this update I always get little freezes or straight up crash. My friend that has a better PC suffered from that a bit too.

I will admit. I had one complaint with the update when it FIRST dropped. I'm talking. The first DAY. I was MAJORLY annoyed that there was no way to skip over floor 1. I had beaten floor 1 MULTIPLE times and grown tired of seeing the same rooms, so I was irritated there was no way to jump to floor 2 without doing floor 1. HOWEVER! They recently made an 'override' system and now you can skip to floor 2! I'm super happy about it and have been playing nonstop since. Other than that, Floor 2 is fun! :)

The only real problem with Floor 2 is the Door 150. Because this is too big a location where you can spend a lot of time on orientation, finding Anchors and at the same time often face the fact that you can't find the last Anchor, wherever you are. Maps that other players have recently drawn, marking paths with glowing sticks - this makes the process easier, but not so much that you can "breathe deeply". With two Grumbles constantly stalking you, you often can't go back to the control room for a very long time and the gameplay becomes so hellish that even if "all the stars come together", all Anchors will be as close as possible and you will pass this door, then at the exit you will just be tired and exhausted, make more mistakes and the risk of dying is high on Door 200.
But the solutions to this problem can be found the simplest, not even by reducing the map or the number of Grumbles - just designate the visual identifier of Anchors in addition to the sound one. Or remove the spawn of Anchors from the upper floors. THAT'S IT, MOST OF THE PROBLEMS WILL BE SOLVED!
And as a result, we got a door, because of which the middle of the game is simply ruined, after it there is no desire to play at all.

No way a corny 8 year old is saying that Floor 2 is bad. "The hype was not worth it☝️🤓" what a clown. The amount of detail the devs put into making Floor 2 is immaculate, and they don't even have yhat many people to design the game. I've beat Floor 2 five times now. I think it's an interesting shake-up on the formula we've had for some time now. However, it is decently difficult, and I even struggle at times sweating on a Series X. I can see this floor being a nightmare/borderline impossible for some mobile players. There's a fantastic idea at the core, but it definitely needs some considerable tuning before it truly feels good.

The seek chase at 195 is also very hard on console because the screen doesn't turn fast enough. And then you have to do it all over again while going through a bunch of 5 minute rooms.

they focused on the background of every room and made it very overwhelming. the game isn’t bad, but the reason why it took 1 year for 100 doors is because of the background
I feel like Lsplash saw Pressure and wanted to catch peoples attention again but overdid it and added too much "overwhelming" stuff and made it harder, I honestly didn't mind the difficulty tweak. And as Soulsborne players say "git gud"
