I have confirmed my popcorn plaster ceiling has asbestos (1200 square feet) getting quotes in the Peterborough Ontario area, do you know anyone in the Durham area that does this work, and how much should it cost (ball park) to remove the ceiling?
There are specific abatement companies that will remove it and can help you with testing for it as well. If you're in the Durham Region/Southern Ontario area and looking for a company, I would recommend reaching out to Ontario Insultation.
Next? Plastics are already killing us. Micro plastics are all over our bodies, and such contamination can lead to health complications, especially long-term.
Everything in the building industry has been replaced with fiberglass…. Which I’m sure in 10-20 years time will be banned on the same basis as asbestos
Very useful video, thanks.
Great job! Thank you

I'm not sure what the cost would be, but in the past I've used Ontario Insulation in Oshawa.

Hi would like to know whether there any asbestos in my house. Do you have any survey or someone who can find it out
Can the asbestos effect someones health if its hasn't been in the open for others to see but still hidden?
As long as it hasn't been disturbed. As soon as it's been disturbed the fibers go air born and it becomes a health risk.
What type of professional tests for asbestos and removes it? HVAC, plumber, contractor?

Your referral helped me. Thank you!

Useful but please show the examples for longer, a split second is too quick
Oh lets face it, they've been killing us with everything... next will be plastic
