It is ridiculous how little they know about old versions of craft or at least how little they act like they know. I'm assuming its 1.12.2 because its at least post 1.12.2 and I didn't see any 1.13 stuff or onward (yet). /summon and most commands have been in since (well, since commands were introduced). The formats may have been changed, there are a couple new ones to deal with new items/mobs, but overall most commands were there in the beginning.
