the spinach helps preserve the vibrant green color
Allow the spinach leaves to stay in the cold water
Drain the ice cold water
Add the spinach in a grinder jar
Coriander हरा धनिया
Green Chili हरी मिर्च (Hari Mirch)-2
Grind in a Mixer
Make a smooth spinach puree
Pure Ghee देसी घी - 1 tbsp
Oil आयल - 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf तेज पत्ता (Tej Patta)-1
Dry Red Chili लाल मिर्च (Lal Mirch)-2
Cinnamon Stick दालचीनी (Dalchini)
Clove लौंग -2
Cumin seeds जीरा (Jeera)
