You could do a randomizer within specific catagories,
Like roll for an arc (Sayian saga, Future saga, etc) or just a specific catagory that often supports itself (lineage of evil, powerful opponent or god ki)
Then have specific wheels of popular characters within that tag
That would allow for your random team to synergize, allow for old classics and new hype units, and make your team much more interesting and thematic

I did 3 summons on Goku/Frieza banner and i got a bardock animation for my first kyawei, the next multi i got trunks animation for a second kyawei and in the third multi also my free multi i got another bardock ani for my first Jiren and mui Goku now I'm just missing Goku and frieza
All I gotta say is that nano wouldn't ever understand how ridiculous goku and frieza would be if they were able to counter every rush that would be thrown at them if they're in some sort of action like a strike, blast, special/special move card, it would put no balance to the game whatsoever
