The mundo build is; warmogs>heartsteel>unending despair=spirit visage>titanic hydra=overlord bloodmail. Then sell warmogs late for either hydra or overlord bloodmail depending on which one you dont already have. swifties for boots.

If you don't mean the obvious opgg, based on the style, I think it's ugg app. I've never downloaded the app though so not 100% sure but it definitely has the same look as the site.
