    This is good to see, it's of sad when younger cities continually tear down the older buildings for something new over the years.

    I’m gonna give Calgary’s City Council a nickel’s worth of free advice: whatever Edmonton did to “revitalize” their downtown, don’t do that. Do the exact opposite of whatever it was Edmonton did. Downtown Edmonton is just an absolute dumpster since they “revitalized” it with the new arena and public transport.

    20% + vacancy rate in downtown, looks to me Calgary are in decline big time. It doesn’t make sense to build more new one when old one all empty

    Could we De-fund the Mayor? She earns too much and isn't worth 1/8th of her salary.
