i thing it would look cool if you could tell which desease you can catch based of zombies, frostbite - zombies without legs or arms, some poison in soil - zobmies look more rotten and so on

It's a mod. However, you can get too hot near fires which can drain water way more quickly, changing the colour of your temperature gauge.
