    This is a bitter fact in WB 70% of construction is not under RERA or any such boards....and the left 30% among them many give such rera numbers which if you search will show no results found!!!

    Many projects are coming in Kolkata which are not rera registered.
    This builders are having the last laugh.

    Lack of financial and leagal awareness is resulted in such deals. If you just visit to see flat. They take mobile number register without consent and send booking request via UPI. Good thing is at least I don't trust upi black listed mobile number. And politely denied offer. Sriram sales team boast showing no refund policy. So you better buy ready to move only if it suites.

    presently i am getting this information. Brought to you by Shriram Properties, Shriram Sunshine 2 is scheduled for possession in Dec, 2024. Being a RERA-registered society, the project details and other important information is also available on state RERA portal. The RERA registration number of this project is HIRA/P/HOO/2019/000654. Has your problem solved now.?

    Is Southwinds project on southern bypass kolkata rera registered? Is it safe to buy flat there?

      Southwinds has the registration by HIRA. earlier West Bengal registration as WB did not accept RERA.But recently SC declared that HIRA is not valid WB government has to implement RERA.Till now RERA is not formed.
      I have booked flat in southwinds in 2019.Flat is almost ready and handed over in nov/dec 22.My other two friends also received the possession in time.

      I think now each project is under RERA as Supreme court demolished the HIRA Act so now every project which were under HIRA is now under RERA

We state that in this backdrop, the above referred defamatory post came to our attention, wherein without verifying the veracity of your allegations, you chose to spread false, derogatory and maligning statements against us by affixing the above referred video of one of our customers of the subject project and further circulated the same through various social media platforms.

    5. We state that your conduct of circulating the above referred incomplete, inaccurate, and defamatory post has caused serious damages to the goodwill and reputation enjoyed by us in India and abroad. You have falsely portrayed and projected us as a builder who evades the laws of the land in order to instigate other buyers of the project. Your post falsely presents us as a delinquent; and defames our reputation. Since there is not an ounce of truth in your post, it can only be concluded that this is nothing, but a method adopted by you to harass us and we strictly state that we will never permit such unethical tactics.

    We hereby call upon you to tender unconditional public apology to us by circulating the same in your retracting post and in your social media pages, remove the defamatory post from circulation at all places, seize and destroy all unused or leftover notices. Failing which, we will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings both under civil and criminal laws including cyber laws against you claiming damages and other appropriate reliefs at your costs and risk.
