I have loved this plant from ever since childhood. I could not understand y the plant always declined after a appearing to be thriving. Most appreciated is the list of diseases and pests that affect this plant. Very informative!
I bought a massive pink lady from our local Home Depot recently after never having saw one before. I just had to get it. Thank you for the video on how to care and propagate.
Thank you so much ☺ this is really helpful! As a starting plant mom it can be really intimidating to start with new plants other than cacti but your videos make me more confident to try ❤ btw do you think you could make a video about polka dot plants, mine is just barley holding on 😬
I have one growing and growing on my lawn, I tought it was a weed but left it alone because i liked the way it looks around that corner 😂. No idea how it came there.
A 2-inch deep rectangular pot may be too shallow for your Pink Lady Callisia Repens. While this plant has shallow roots, it needs enough space for roots to spread and grow. A pot with at least 3-4 inches in depth would be better to ensure proper growth and drainage.
Hi there, as this plant require more moisture compared to most of the succulents, I don't think it should be paired with other succulents. However, that doesn't mean it is completely impossible but you will need to pay extra attention when water them
When they are young, they are very bushy, but as they age, they begin to trail. I hope you can spot the difference between trailing and leggy. However, if your "Pink Lady" is actually long and leggy, it might be due to a lack of light. This post will explain why your succulents are leggy and how to fix it. Hope this helps. succulentsbox.com/blogs/blog/succulents-etiolation-and-how-to-fix-it
@@thetruepatriot7733 You could place it in a shady spot out of direct sunlight for a day or two. Check the soil moisture, stick your finger into the soil - if it feels dry, the plant needs water. Slowly water the soil until it is moist but not soaked.
I had the same problem with 2 plants. Looked amazing 1 day then limp, and the roots appear to brown, die the next week. I try not to overwater, it's 2 ft from tree shaded south east window. Not sure what I'm doing. 😢 love these plants.
@@darlenebleyenberg1111 If the roots are turning brown, it’s often a sign of root rot or insufficient drainage. And you might want to check if the pots have proper drainage and if the soil is drying out adequately between waterings. You can use your finger to check the soil. If the soil feels dry and powdery when you stick your finger in up to the second knuckle, it's time to water your plant.
Just bought one today and I must say this is the best, most complete 'how to care for' video I've ever come across. Thank you !!
Really appreciate what you think about us 😍Hope your babies grow beautiful

Very informative video. Thank you.
Glad it can help you 😍
I am usually confused about the pot size - depth?
Whats the name of the fertilizer
Can I grow it in a 2inch deep rectangular pot?

Great info, thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Misting does not increase humidity, and particular in cooler climates it can increase fungus, disease, and leaf rot!
How does the foliage turn green ? Is it possible to revert the color back?
Where are you placing the plant right now? I'm thinking maybe you should give it more light
What kinda succulents would pair well with this in an arrangement?

What are the signs of your plants?
I just got my plant today from Esty. It's a little wilted but I think it will bounce back! How's your pink lady doing?

These plants HATE me & I wish I knew why. 😭😭
(But that doesn’t stop me from trying) 🤣😂
What happened to this baby?? 😂

It's not a succulent its related to trdescsntia and loves humidity and water omg 😭 why do people keep mistaking this plant for a succulent
The Pink Lady is a semi-succulent plant😂
