Sorry to say but rectify yourself because you misunderstood section 163 and wrongly taught. You taught if the bailor made profit whereas the section itself says if the Bailee made profit then he is bound to deliver to the bailor i.e, voluntarily or according to his means bailor's directions.
She taught right..in fact example given was also correct.. So Kindly correct your knowledge..

@@anubhavsukhija9786 no you're wrong. It is talking about the profits made by bailee. And even if it's wrong then how can sharing profit with Bailee becomes a right of bailor? Like the ma'am taught it under the heading of rights of bailor. If it bailor had to share profit with Bailee then it should have been his liability and not right. So, you're wrong!

While explaining section 178 of pledge by mercantile agent you said, on one hand that MA has consent of the owner to pledhe the good, onthe other, pawnee should not be aware that MA is not authorized to pledge the good then only contrat of pledge is valid . How can these condition go togather ????? pleas explain
Yes I have the same question.. because according to bare Act section 178 said ..M.A pledge the goods with the consent of the owner then it will be vaild contract...to fr Pawnor ke ps to authority h di hui pledge krne ki ..wo to valid hi mani jaige ... pledge..
And may be valid tb nhi hogi pledge jab wo expressly ya without consent of the owner pledge kra h ...Pawnee k ps ...
