    I agree with him 100% if you can manage to stay awake from fajr to duhur you can complete everything you need for the day and after fajr ive noticed is the best time to learn and memorise.

    0:00- Intro
    1:07- Second form of Luxury: Sleeping a Lot
    1:49- A brother who missed Dhuhr, Asr, Magrib, Isha, Fajr because of oversleeping
    2:15- Sleeping excessively has harm and a story
    3:42- *Time is you and you are time*
    Time is the capital if our life
    4:50- A statement of Umar ibn Khattab(radhiyallahu anhu)
    *Baraqah in life*
    5:38- Bad impacts of oversleeping
    6:15- Sleeping a lot disables a person's Aql and destroys a person internally
    6:35- *The people of wisdom only sleep when it overcomes them. Subhanallah!*
    7:05- The third form Luxury: Going overboard in Beautification
    7:49- Sleeping is good, eating & drinking is good, but we are talking about overdoing it
    7:55- Allah loves to see the blessings that He subhanahu wa ta'ala bestowed upon you
    8:25- Islam has given importance on the outer appearance baside the inner appearance
    9:30- If you keep focusing on beautification overtime, it will take away you from focusing the most important thing, beautifying your nafs
    10:10- Another statement of Umar(radhiyallahu anhu)
    11:40- A wise statement of the wise ones
    12:38- A poetry
    13:10- A statement of Abdullah ibn Abbas(radhiyallahu anhu)
    14:00- A commentary of a scholar and conclusion

    Just like if you are bed ridden your muscles will waste away, it is also true that sleeping a lot will make your mind atrophy.

      You aren’t the only one who has this issue you have to man up and show some discipline. Replace it by sleeping early and get off social media scrolling on your phone looking at meaningless information.

      S Khan of course akhi May allah make it easy for you I’m a young man myself 24 years of age. I know how difficult and how much fitnah there is but you have to spend your time wisely. Watching UA-cam videos aren’t rewarding we have to actively seek knowledge and study.

      It will be hard at first where you will be heavy headed etc. But after a few days you will begin to see immense benefits. Also remember to do morning adhkars that really helps to get you started for the day.

      @@DryDownfall we shouldn't push our bodies past their limit so that we become deficient in the times we are awake. Studies have shown 7-9 hours to be the healthiest for us
