Tbh, when Project Slayer adds Moon and Sun breathing, DemonFall will completely die, because two best breathings are no joke. Also, no one is playing DemonFall right now, because even if new players joined, there's to much bugs, effects are meh, and there's tooo much grind.
the main issue that made so many people quit wasn't only the lack of updates but the lack of early game content, like sure you can be a prestige 10 sun/moon breather or a hybrid/demon but its just such a huge gap in between the prestige 10 player and prestige 1 player, the prestige system is one of the main causes of the downfall to the game because it started a chain reaction of content for end game players rather than both sides of the community, making other people just quit the game due to it being an insane grind
it wasn't that insane in my opinion i made 3 accounts where the first account is prestige 9 moon breath max
and the second is prestige 8 sun breath max
and the third one is shockwave demon with prestige 5 and it just took a while for me to grind them. Wasn't that hard back then and it was all fun until i get bored because of no added contents.
Grinding is js hard now without grinding and server skipping for hours you won’t be able to prestige quickly because of how much xp it takes
@@c0ldg0ld86 no? actually grinding now is easier way easier like the time when i was still farming was probably 1 year ago and i farm kaigaku and it doesn't give as much exp as now they also added gyutaro which gonna make it easier if you were looking for bosses and also the crow quests give alot more exp now also talking about 1 year ago demonfall was popular exploiters are everywhere and rkers are alot aswell kaigaku is hard to look for aswell because its been killed by people.

If the game competes with project slayers it would be good for the health if the platforms. Competition is what makes game strive to be better,if the game has no competition the devs might get complecent. Its like how war encouraged scientific progress.

i was an avid demon fall fan back then and i still believe its the best and most realistic roblox game, however my whole group and i stopped playing from lack of content.We tested basically every breathing style as human and hybrid and did like everything the game had to offer.I hope it will update again onr day.

tbh im surprised a few weeks ago i was playing demonfall, i just realized at that time the game still does avg. 3-5k players everyday, but I also checked the last updated status and it mind-boggles my mind, because there are loyal fans that still play DF without updates for almost an entire year.

I remember playing as a demon and even the weakest slayers could completely destroy me. The only players I could compare with at all were other demons.

Arrox previously owned a studio called ''Evolved Games''
This studio made numerous games such as an anime arena fighter, a bleach game, my hero, another anime arena fighter, a one piece, and eventually went silent.
During the time between a couple of these games, Arro ran of with all the money, the first time his team forgave them, but then he turned on them for a 2nd time and ran with the money again and disappeared for literal years seemingly.
I doubt he will go out of his way to sabotage his reputation with how big of a reputation this game has gotten him, this is actually the most fame any of his game's have gotten, the my hero game being his biggest beforehand. But, they were also struggling to make games bigger than my hero which is probably what lead to him stealing the dev team's money.
As an alpha tester for the game, we weren't getting what we were promised at first. A lot of perks and items that Arrox promised us was forgotten, he just ignored all the alpha tester. We all paid like 30 bucks.

and there are lots of bug especially in Ranked where you get constant data lost and ragdoll physics that can hurt alot of combos. It gets pretty annoying for everyone especially you get dc or your opponents dc for most of the time

I wouldn’t even say that people are loyal to the community or arrox, I’d say that the game he made was essentially so great that people still like playing it to this day. Aside from stone breathing, bugs and see through the world being nothing more than a wall hack with limited FOV, I got no complains from the game, specially after playing it for so long.
I remember when i was an avid demonfall fan, playing the game nonstop. But then I suddenly stopped when it went on hiatus, and found Project Slayers. If I'm being honest, Project Slayers felt 'refreshing' after playing only Demonfall. I haven't returned to Demonfall since, and I hope to come back when Arrox hopefully finishes the new update.
Not to mention he needs to install pvp shields like Project
its crazy to me how arrox could abandon this community after flower breathing was already completed and didn't release and months after he joined auratix and redweeb's collab stream showcasing the new raid game mode. i hope the announcement he's planning is demonfall 2 or a complete revamp of the game fixing all the bugs(especially ones that were in the game since release) and adding more endgame content. demonfall is hands down my favorite roblox game of all time and i have made so many great memories with my friends(besides the one where the yoriichi spec owner invited me and my friend to fight the upper moons in demon faction and all 3 of us got rolled by the first guy using arrow)

I think demonfall dying very recently is due to the grand exploiter purge due to the fact that grinding xp legit is incredibly boring and can take a month to get to max level even when farming kaigaku

Raid and Slayer missions are the most efficient in grinding EXP. For the Prestige 5+ anyways it gets pretty easy. the first pres up to 4 its pretty much exhausting
DF owner doesn’t really care - the game player base is really loyal even with no updates within a year he’s still making a passive income without having to do much as he originally made a really well made game which is easy to understand and friendly towards new players with a decent amount of content. You know how the old saying goes why fix it if it isn’t broken.

The only issues I've ever had with demonfall is how grindy it is. With the player count dropping and barely anyone playing main game, its nearly impossible to level up because the only decent amount of XP you can get early game is from bosses, and since they're so strong, even if the lobby did come to help they wouldn't be able to outdamage the absurd regen. I thoroughly enjoy demonfall; the graphics, playstyle, breathings, bdas.. they're all really well worked on. But if I can't experienced it due to the level system, why play?
Gyutaro is the only beatable boss consistently for good xp. He’s easy to cheese but one mistake u get one shot
Honestly, levelling up takes so long for no reason and the fastest way to level up which is raids is locked behind prestige five

Crow missions helped me so much when it came to grinding though
And not to forget there are some staff members which ban hackers along with innocent players, which is also i think a big reason of its downfall
i was an addict back then one time i still remember i won a 60wipes giveaway from the original discord and got kamado with it but when i tried to change from water breathing to sun breathing the game didnt remove the water breathing so i had 2 breathings and the anticheat banned me i quit bcuz of that

I enjoy project slayers so I never took the time to play Demonfall. I really hope they can make the game come back and add more early game content so I can really get into the game.

I used to be a Sweat at demonfall, I played 24/7 i went atleast a day and night without sleep doing demonfall because i was so invested. I never was interested in prestiging but more so doing the storyline and striving to be a very good low prestige player. Although, I noticed after a while how empty and dead the game is. I only play it sometimes because of my friends who are true demonfall fans. I try to grind on my own but without my friends keeping my motivation for the game, I just cant.
As a loyal fan of demonfall, The true fun of the game is endlessly grinding til pres 10 or hunting down strong hybrid/demon slayers or even soloing a uppermoon urself

Loved this game with my brother, I made 4+ accs, one for slayer, demon, hybrid, and the others were for other breathing styles, I’m honestly sad the game hasn’t been updated since stone breathing
Also my problem with the game was the big empty map, I didn’t mind the absolutely broken breathing styles, I honestly only liked Insect breathing, but the big empty map made me scared of sudden ambush from players that kill others for some ingame currency and jumpscares from scattered npc demons since I never rlly play open world games, I only played the game bc of my brother

I was a loyal member once until this one glitch in where you die and then you go back to where you have started. I don't mean the respawn I meant the whole thing, my inventory got wiped, I turned into a demon while I was a slayer even though I haven't drinked muzan's blood, and I didn't prestige, this is when I came back to demonfall already prestiged, I came back for some good nostalgia and then when I died from fall damage I suddenly got wiped, all my items were gone in an instant, I lost 10 perfect crystals and 200+ demon horns and a lot of trinkets, I even lost my yen, my yen had 67K, even my soup my soup which is somewhere between 50-100 fully gone, my avatar transformed into my old avatar which was a demon, and got my greatsword back, I guess demonfall wants me to experience the full nostalgic experience...

im Happy this game got mentioned due to its head developer Dissapearing Most of the players i knew who played demonfall quit on the last update of demonfall But my group still plays it since it was the most enjoyable demon slayer game we Played back then And i Hope this game updates atleast once Since this was the first game I played alot since playing roblox.

I remember one of the staff posted their dms with arrox in which he said he got too much hate from the game ( prob due to lack of balancing)and since arrox is quite old in age aswell i think he lost the motivation to update it for a while until he saw the community still playing it

Yea because last year around December i can recall that game was roughly avr about 1k players or less until the new demon slayer season came out and demonfall and project slayers just spiked in player count suddenly
Also this game has a complete storyline (almost) and end game prestiging to obtain breathing styles aswell which makes me think its more unique than the bandit beater demon slayer games

it also has literally just 6 codes in existence for early game grinders and people that wanna start again without spending a butt of amount.
all that got taken care of is the prestige system for end game players only, which gave such a huge skill gap because what the hell can a prestige 1 do against a prestige 10 full moon build hybrid
I remember watching the game growing up then dying since release I saw the game have new updates and thumbnails on it then on 2022 or early 2023 I gave it a try or I tried it on 2021 and until now it was years then all I progressed was become a measly,weak,and mid mizunoto like dang the grinding strategies weren’t for me

The issue about this game is its lack of entertainment and unprotected pvp engagement in the main server, due to the fact that player gets attacked out of nowhere and just executed by the other. This is the reason people play more on Project slayers due to the easy mechanics, more experience, and more positive engagement. That's the main issue about people leaving demonfall for another KNY Roblox game. A guy who experienced it, i can tell that players can be annoying if they attack people.
"Oh but you have to defend yourself" no we can't, we'll get combod and be executed again by the group. The producer should install a pvp shield just so people could have fun

I remember grinding my heart out on this game back in 2021 but then I got fed up by the game's constant grinding and the lack of content on the demon side that I quit for a while and still to this day
Amazing video, I still play demonfall daily and I have so much fun. I help new players farm bosses and play ranked sometimes, I’m a very big fan of the PVP so that’s why I’ve stuck around longer than most.

I played through demonfall and had grinded prestige 3 times and I just couldn't find the motivation afterwards to keep up the grind anumore, so I eventually just dropped the game, it's a great game dont get me wrong, it's just the lack of content I had playing as a demon had me sitting there not being able to do much

I still play this game and ive been grinding for 2 weeks straight trying to get moon breathing, and there is so many bugs. If i wasnt so dedicated to getting these breathing styles i wouldve been left the game by now 😭❤

yakkocmn) from start to finish, I fully realized that Roblox is truly hopeless. it will never get better and if a dev wants to make a completly decent game, they will get punished instead of rewarded both by the plataform itself and the community, and all their work will have been for nothing. All games have to be a overestimulation simulator; a "Playable UA-cam Kids" or "Playable UA-cam Shorts" if you will.
Expecting good from Roblox is a losing war, if a dev wants to make a passionate project they are better just moving to ACTUAL fan game plataforms, like Game Jolt. Just anywhere but Roblox.

For me demon fall was fun at first, and then the grind sort of killed it. Too much walking (idk why there isnt any mount for these type of games) and the prestige system was just off-putting for me.

Df is an actual good game, I can’t believe I grinded to max prestige and lvl. But once I reached that point and they updated the prestige system needing max lvl of that prestige in order to prestige further made me lose interest in the game
The devs, this year, still producing their holy war game or whatever its called, they said demonfall rework would be coming, buuuut probably only 2024 to 2025

My best friend and I have clashing opinions when it come to games. He loves and has devoted a lot of time to Project slayers. I (even though play often with him and is higher level than him) believe demonfall is better. I took a long hiatus from the game because there is a learning curve greater than that of Project slayers. How ever recently I decided to get back at the game as like you said it has more content.
I normally dont like grind games like blox fruits and I only played Project slayers because of my best friend. But there is just something about demonfall that piques my interest. I think it is the fact that you can prestige and kinda have 10 different lives. So by the time you get to the last one, your preferences are sorted. Slayer or demon, water or wind etc.
If you arent happy with your race or breath in project slayers have to grind ores etc but with demon fall its kinda easier.
The main reason people switched to project slayers is because the servers would be filled with exp hackers and trinkets hackers which made the game unfair and also the lack of update we been waiting for 10 months or less for the new updates

one thing that ruined the game for me and many other players is also the fact that the netherlands along with other countries made a new law against games with lootboxes (chance for good ingame stuff bought with real life money) wich made the game innaccesible to atleast the netherlands and some other countries, and i couldnt be bothered to play on a vpn each time i wanted to hop on demonfall

I most likely won’t do a full tutorial but I can tell you one UA-camr than helped me a ton. His channel is finzar and went I was first starting out I watched him to learn. Also thanks for supporting the content 👍🏾

Demonfall was also rated suitable for ages 13 and above due to its depiction of blood and violence. This rating further restricted its player base. Without this restriction, we might expect the average player count of 2k-4k to double and or even triple.
I quit demonfall because while i was server hopping killing kaigaku an admin/developer appeared infront of me and said "U can't bug abuse) and i asked "what bug did i abuse" and he said nothing a few minutes later a message appeared that said " You Are Banned From this game by developer" (my acc was prestige 9 level 40 btw with kamado clan)
and i didnt even abuse any bugs in that game while i was playing
what's funny is he showed project slayers as another demon slayer game on the platform except project slayers wasn't released until after demonfall got popular

I was so hiped waiting for it to release and it died right when i join the game for the first time joining in and seeing the big map, the clanky travel sistem
you know what they should do, once slayer mark is opened to slayers or power ups to demons, they get new set of moves until its gone
I think it can easily pass projects layers if they did more updates because project slayers is taking forever to update, so if they started to update now and have a shorter update time it could definitely pass
I remember finishing Final selection and made a sword and I spawned back in the game and I didn’t get my sword and I had the rusty sword. I also bought mist and finished the maze and talked to him and I didn’t get it because the developers closed the server.
those times you tried to go to infinity castle, and then got stuck in the loading screen for 5-10 minutes, and then loaded the *wrong fkn save file* , i got my demon file loaded and did infinity castle with shadow BDA, did not end well
now quest is bugged and won’t show studs 💀 not fixed yet and probably aren’t trying to fix it

Tbh people aren’t entitled to know what a dev is going through or updates to a game, that’s entirely on and up to the devs and people supporting the game with their own money is a personal choice on their part and doesn’t mean the devs need to tell people what’s going on, at the end of the day it’s a free game on roblox and so many people act like they’re obligated to have updates to a game or updates on a devs life or why they’re not updating the game
I mean at least tell people the game is discontinued but nothing after about 9 months is crazy especially since these “free” roblox games have micro transactions

At the end of the day this whole thing is a question about when you create something, do you owe anybody else more of what you’ve created or is the only person you owe is yourself because it’s your game. Imo I don’t think creating something means you owe anybody anything due to the fact it’s your game and ofc if you make dumb decisions then the game will fail and people will be disappointed. However, in the end people being disappointed really doesn’t mean anything, it’s a free game if you spend money on it that’s on the person spending their money, not on the dev.
My point is if you have a game and have a community who loves and supports your game. Even tho yes no one is entitled to an update but I’m just saying it’s common courtesy to at least give a clue as to what happened. That’s all.

I love DF but,after Playing the game an hour ago and I'm back at the very beginning since i got prestige,i realized that i have to grind over and over again and i think that's one of the reasons why it goes downhill

My problem is really complicated ish with it because my computers touch screen so the game setting were always fucked up for me as I couldn't even use my mouse to look around
A game that really betrayed its community is a game called forsaken winter. This game was very promising, its mechanics needed a lot of work, but it was fine cause the game was about 2 weeks old, the reason it had so much potential was because of combat warriors clanning. Everyone at the time was getting bored of combat warriors due to terrible hitboxes and mechanics, so we tried finding anew game, forsaken winter was that game, everyone was already going for big spots like #1 player and stiff like that and even had a community server, i myself made the first clan, but enough of that. To say wat really happened, the owner was exposed for using free models, but nboody rly cared about that, the thing was that they sold the game right as it was getting popular and growing, but sadly owner sold the game for like 2k robux, then the new owner (i think not sure) reopened the game, very few people went back to try it and after 3 days it wasnt even hitting a single player.
To everyone complaining about the grinding, tryna do crow missions as much as you fight bosses
