👏 Thanks for the excellent tutorial and workflow options! I have been using a different workflow in Adobe Premiere Pro without the equirectangular projection option in Telemetry Overlay, and it's certainly more difficult than how you presented it here. I'll be sure to adopt this approach for my next 360 video edits. Thanks again for a fantastic product! Cheers! 😉👍 --QM
So I went through the steps and created a equirectangular video in my Insta360 app, brought it into Telemetry Overlay and then exported a the video as an .mp4 file. I then uploaded the video to my Quest 2 but the file plays flat (equirectanglar) and not as an immersive video. Any suggestions?
Does this work with a TRUE 360 video? This video was recorded in 360 but is not a 360 exported video. I need to export my Insta360 videos in 360 with telemetry. Please verify.
Great video! Are the GPS data already in the insv files? I did turn on gps stats when I record and yes the stats are there when I check in the app. But Insta360 app can only export 1080p so this is a great alternative. Just wanted to make sure before buying this Telemetry because its not cheap. Thanks.
@@TelemetryOverlay I am testing out the trial version, after I import the GPS data I didn't get that 6 squares but only 1. Is it because it is a trial version?
I have just tried the trail version, and I love it!! Rendring/Exporting 6 minutes 4K/30Fps took me ~45 minutes. My computer is 7 years old and has a 2nd generation i5 processor. so i can't blame the software for beeing slow. but just for reference, can you tell us how long it takes to export 5 minutes 4K/60Fps footage? and what is the spec of the computer you use?
I haven't run those specific benchmarks, but exporting does take some patience. See the Exports tutorial for ways to improve that. Specifically, lowering the gauge update rate (the fps of the gauges compared to the video) can make a huge difference ua-cam.com/video/DGD5GvQTCtk/v-deo.html

As always, thank you for this big update.
Hi nice video!
Hello Juan, can't wait to experiment with some of my motorbike track day footage. Brilliant! Thank you 😁
Excellent idea and amazing software! Keep up the good work!
This looks absolutely amazing. I have been using your software for the last month for skiing & ski lift videos and it's really easy and powerful 🚀

This looks good. Is there a coupon code by chance?
Is 2.35:1 the Equirectangular setting?

When I go to export my video from go pro player it will not let me export with GPMF DATA
I have your 1.5.3 Telemetry Overlay product -(works great with GoPro 9) does it work as well with GoPro Max?
Yes

@@TelemetryOverlayPerfect! I tried your software long ago, but I think I will definitely be using it for my new 360 vids. Thanks!

Yes. The GPS data is in the INSV. Telemetry Overlay includes email support, so feel free to get in touch if you need help specifically with your files

Did you enable Equirectanfular VR in the general settings? Is your video Equirectangular?
