@@SwitchmanNZOriginal Ffs are you on strong medication? He was an incredible runner with the ball, great elusiveness and tremendous power as well as blinding speed. There's NEVER BEEN a better player with ball in hand.
1:49 Ngwenya, aka Z, was my teammate on a D3 Texas men's club when USA Rugby saw him and brought him to the Eagles. He pulled that exact step on me so many times in practice and would just laugh when he had me 1 on 1 because I was just a slow, fat prop. When I saw this, I would claim that if Habana couldn't catch him, what could you expect from me. 😁
Funny how we are all connected. He wasn't even in the top 10 fastest guys in our Province. He was quick enough though, I think around 10.8sec at the time. I was 3rd (10.6sec) behind Tonderai Chavhanga (10.5sec) with Henry Muchauraya (10.4sec) being the quickest.
Nigel Walker was fast, Olympic runner. Christin something New Zealand, full back, until chronically injured, can't remember full name... Christian Cullen, that's the fella - lightning!
@Raymond O'Connor Daylight for ability between Christian Cullen and whoever your talking about once Cullen was in space he was gone who were these two players anyway cause I don't remember any French or South African that comes to mind in any games he played in, he scored length of the field tries and was a great player.
@@Nyasalands_Finest Glad someone else remembers him otherwise I thought I was just imagining things. I don't remember him playing for SA. GG can you make a video of him?
@@Nyasalands_Finest Well with 2 appearances and no tries for South Africa not much to reference. @Gerald Having done a bit of research, I see Doug Howlett signed for Munster 30 Aug 2007 joined Munster at the start of the 2008 Heineken Cup season, which they won the European Cup that year defeating Toulouse in the final. The point I'm making here is they may had met up during that season and probably most certainly did. In that case I'll take your word on that, and apologize.
@richardmatatahi4563 I put a link in my previous comment. We are talking about pure pace. Joost scored more tries than Jonghi Nokwe, does that make Joost faster😂?
I feel like something pretty close to the fastest has to be these, in this order. Isles, Baker, Chavanga, Habana/Ngwenya/Howlett/Senatla/Norton, or something like that, maybe, I dunno.
I remember howlett obviously being a national sprinter but just never looked to me like had elite lightning speed on the field like ngwenya, baker, senatla, habana etc
Jonghikaya Nokwe is the fastest Springbok ever (even quicker than Chavhanga, Lombard, Mapimpi & Habana). Sireli Bobo or Vunibaka, Rod Davies are probably the quickest i've seen from down-under, Tom Varndell, Alex Cuthbert or Adam Radwan in Europe.
Yep. Some crazy fast wingers in the premiership at the moment. I've seen LRZ at Gloucester and the TV doesn't do justice how fast he covers ground. He's visibly faster than those around him. He's a big guy too. Radwan is also electric, but Radwan looks as fast as he is. He's on fire when he's running. LRZ doesn't look that fast until you see him moving in relation to others. It's weird. Not many players can run around the Fijians like he did in this vid.
Early in his career especially at the Cheetahs he was definitely known for speed. Barrett was rapid then too and he only just got him despite having the angle
Between 2000 and now the Allblacks have had 3 genuine fliers. Doug Howlett in his prime and 1 Test Allblacks, Sosene Anesi & Lelia Masaga. People will mention Roks but he wasn't as fast as 2001 Doug Howlett..
@@Intergalatikk Fastest Allblack now not ever.. The Allblacks don't have out and out speedsters right now.. Almost every team has faster wingers than the ABs..

That Scotland vs England try 🤯🤯
3:03 IMPRESIONANTE, pura determinación y potencia.
Don't know what you are saying but agree
I've been waiting for this lmao I love rugby foot races
At 1:14 - is it legal to tackle a guy without the ball because you expect that they will soon be in possession of the ball?

All of these players will get blitzed by The Flash Peniasi Dakuwaqa who plays for Stade Francais Paris in the Top 14 competition

Carlin isles and Perry baker on the same team is OP
I loved watching Johnny May in his prime. Respect from NZ
Why is Van der Merwe try in this? There is no 1-1 pace battle at all.
where is marcos moneta??
nice....would have been great to see Mr Nitro Alosio Naduva take on Perry Baker where he clocked 38km/h
Reiko has been clocked at 39.6km/h.
No radwan is a crime
Comment below which footraces would you like to see in part 3
Marcos Moneta
Rieko vs England please
Robbie Fruean chasing down Adam Ashley-Cooper.
Rokocoko,Vunibaka, William Ryder,Jim Matanavou,S Bobo,Specman,M Pesamino, S Viriviri
The second try within this clip - watch Friedrich Lombard skim the Hurricanes 15 - unsure who that is though. ua-cam.com/video/1pvdSPhIKns/v-deo.html
Robinson didn't get burned. He made up a lot of distance. He would have caught him if it was a fairer race

@Nyasalands_Finest literally 1 more metre and he would've had him 😅
@@Nyasalands_Finest hahaha "had the angle". He started about 30 metres the other side of the pitch ffs...

Early in his career especially at the Cheetahs he was definitely known for speed. Barrett was rapid then too and he only just got him despite having the angle
Where's Marcos Moneta?
Rieko Ioane is guilty of thinking he has beaten players, then they gain on him when he slows down. It's annoying to see.
He slows down ten meters before the line cause he’s already beaten them no point still going full speed then injuring yourself
and Marcos Monetta???? Argentina player and the best player 7s world?
Thomas Lizazu would be up there
Looks like Ringrose got there first.
no try at 4:50
Is it just me that thinks darcy graham should be here?
Baretts no grip tackle so it would be a penalty try plus a yellow card
Nope
No Lowe? wtf

where is moneta ?

Rico Ioane is the fastest out of all of them .
Nope. Ask Teddy Thomas who ran him down after giving him a 10m headstart.
Not even close. He would be lucky to make top 10 out of the fellas shown in these montages. Isles, Baker, Norton, Ngwenya etc would all dust him.
