I ordered the 16" glam in 1B. It arrived today and took 8 days. Unfortunately, when I measured it was only 14" and not 16". While the texture of the hair looks good, I am not happy at all as 14" is not the length I needed to accomplish the style I wanted and I paid an extra $50 (minus 22% discount" for that extra length I didn't receive. I emailed, so waiting to see if I get a response.

@@marianamanchester899 I did. They asked for pics/videos. When I stretched the hair out on my dresser and used a sewing measuring tape the very TIPS of SOME pieces of the tracks made it to 16". Not what a measurement should mean at all.
I know for the future and other's should be aware that you should order the next length up to ensure that ALL pieces of the track reach the length you want.
Overall the quality of the hair has been good and I've used it for 3 months. But be careful wearing in pools. The rubber wore off the clips and I had to replace at least 8 of them so that the metal wouldn't tear at my hair.
