You can add sodium silicate to your soap it will make it hard. Your oils have to be 6liters since you're using 3liters of lye solution.

Check on your measurements well, your lye solution percentage is more than the oil you use, basically oil percentage should be more than lye solution

If it's soft then your caustic soda is small. Or there's too much oil or water in the soap. So check your measurements well

Using palm oil it's 1:2 ratio because the oil is already thick. 1kg of lye to 2 litres of water.
