They just keep multiplying! We have our two original cows (who we got as 10-11months old-heifers: Allie and Sangria), their two steer calves (we've eaten one and about to eat the other: Mac & Wellie (Wellington)), then Allie's next two (Clover, who is hopefully bred, and Brisket, our newest calf), Sangria's (Daisy), & Ria the Jersey we got a little over a year ago and hope to breed soon. So in a month we should be down to 6 again...at least till the next calf is born!
Can’t wait to see an update on daisy! What are your plans for your bull?? Will you be culling any cows anytime soon? I figured Allie would be the one to go bc of production? Hope all is well!
