SAN JOSE SHARKS DRAFT SURPRISE WITH THE #14 SELECTION?

- Опубліковано 3 чер 2024
- The San Jose Sharks hold the # 1 overall selection in this year's NHL Draft at The Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada and are expected to take Hobey Baker Award (Best NCAA Hockey player) winner Macklin Celebrini.
What they do at the # 14 selection is much more up in the air with several players possibly being available to select.
Konsta Helenius, Cole Eisermann and Berkly Catton could fall to them due to all of the impressive Defenseman prospects available.
Sharks sound like they could be good soon!
GO SHARKS BABY
Cole Eiserman for 14 if not between top 10🙏🔥
Great stuff man!
Thank you so much I really appreciate that!
Great video, Jumbo hates Ehlers… called him the biggest diver in the league 😅😂😢
Need somebody that can protect Cellebrini and Smith
They have oodles of cap money...how awesome would it be if they brought in Stamkos for three years...he had 40 goals last year and finished 22nd in the league in scoring ahead of Trochek, Hyman and a host of other big names...
Tanner Jeannot may fit the "protect Smith and Celebrini" bill...
I would try to trade Ferraro to NJD since they want to trade the 10th overall pick for a top 4 dman. I think Ferraro fills a lot of wholes and helps fix a lot of problems for NJD. Then id trade the 10th pick + 14th pick to Utah or Montreal for 6th or 7th pick. I'd hire Joe Pavelski as coach next year as well!
Not sure Devs would give up the 10 just for Ferraro I think SJ would have to sweeten the deal…I like your ideas about trading up especially with Utah! Thanks for watching!
@@ClearingTheBenches Ferraro has a cheap contract, solid top 4 defensive dman who blocks shots. He's like a young Tanev. Id definitely say hes worth a 10th overall pick with the market for dmen like that. He's one of the best shot blockers in the league
@@moneysharkgames Hes got 2 more years at around $3.25m per…I think SJ likes him enough to keep him but ya never know!
Definitely do like Ferraro a lot, but if NJ was willing to give up 10th overall for him! That a no brainer you have to make that trade. I’d even say Ferraro and pick 42 for 10th would be good value for the Sharks.
@@SharksOregon I don't see NJD taking back their own pick tho lol, I think this makes sense imo..
NJD Acquires:
D Mario Ferraro
F Brandon Coe
2024 3rd round pick/85th overall
SJS Acquires:
2024 1st round pick/10th overall
If Anton Silayev is available at 14, i would trade down and select EJ Emery further down. Emery can fill the same role as Silayev but with more on-ice awareness.
EJ Emery is good on D but has almost Zero offensive upside…Most places have EJE ranked around 30th and Silayev higher but I like Emery alot…Colorado should go after him
@@ClearingTheBenches Obviously, the sharks would get multiple picks if they traded down. I'm not saying the Sharks should just swap Silayev for Emery straight up. Silayev has so much hype that the Sharks could probably get a good deal for that pick if he is available there.
@@tacocruiser4238 Silayev is going top 5…6 at worse when Utah picks…hes not dropping out if top ten either…I like Eneey alot though
As a sharks fan we need a defenseman
Sharks gotta go D at 14
anybody you like in particular? Yakemchuk? Elik?
