Yes, It's the neighborhood wash. I live in Cinco Ranch in Katy Texas. We have several lakes above it. It's job is to keep the lakes at a constant level. After Hurricane Beryl rolled through earlier that afternoon dumping 15 inches of rain the other lakes were full. The wash usually only has 6 inches of water running through it on a dry day. It only dumps that much water for a day or two. If you lookup "Spring Green Lake" without the quotes, on google maps you will see the lake is shaped like a fish. The wash is located at the fishes mouth. You click on Satellite view and you can see it.
