I went back to the video and I don't remember seeing an issue with the rockers. What was the issue?
They were rotted out!
@@thelandcruiserproject well that explains the price. Still a pretty good amount even with rotted rockers so the market for the 80 is still strong.

Market has dropped for all current lx and lc. Even new lx600s piling up on lots. I think reason may be higher interest rates and toyota has new gx550 and lc250 coming. So expect 5 to 10 grand lower prices imho
I still think this can go for $12k pretty easily. 3X locked goes a long way even with these miles. It's really nothing to worry about.
I sort of forgot about the lockers when doing the pricing..DOH! Maybe $15,000 is the right call here.
Would you take down the video and update pricing? It's a conundrum.
@@thelandcruiserproject Nah...I think people that know about the reliability of these and the fact that it's 3X locked can make up their own minds. Let the market decide on how much this sells for. I can see this being a dry rig selling for $15K. I haven't been following prices as of late tho. All the little things that are "wrong" with it are of no concern...except for that radiator...she's about to blow!!!!
Wow...underperformed quite a bit. the photos of the rockers didn't do it any favors.
