If we visualise the crucifixion of Jesus Christ we instil in our mind's eye a model of the human body, and how it works. We to become a heavy burden upon our spine, just as that sinless person, Jesus Christ, became a heavy burden hanging off his stake...but here's the difference...Jesus had already taught us how to lift that burden off our own stake, in an honest, righteous way...so that we would avoid the crown of thorns, and thereby, enjoy life more abundantly, even in the face of God's enemies. Especially as resurrection is a thoroughly, tested science.
