Make sure when you're looking for a house,. you look in an area that is zoned not to allow Air BNB 's . There are a few houses in my neighborhood that are airbnb's and during the week and on the weekend they are always having wild and loud parties and strange people roaming through the neighborhood.

If it had not been for my wife and stepdaughter that I met when she was 4 I would have not been a homeowner at the age of 30.! But when I get my blk a👀 out there in the 90 degree heat tackling that yard….. I wish I could call a landlord or manager!! 😂😂😂. Or when it’s 90 any you got to call a ac mechanic that can’t get there for 2 day!! Homeownership is a GREAT thing but it’s a lot of pre planning also!
I feel you but hire someone to cut your yard and purchase home warranty insurance for $50-75/mo. You just call them, pay a small fee and they find a company to fix appliances/plunbing, etc

Looks delicious❤🎉 on the topic of dogs- mine is dominant, weird and aggressive towards dogs at weird times. I ALWAYS have her prong collar on and warn people. She’s been socialized from a pup but thats how she ended up. Its the owner for sure that nonchalant attitude is gonna get somebody/some dog hurt! That is frustrating I hope you guys find somewhere more peaceful for your babes❤
