The pundits and those analysis always attack the strawman when it comes to the constitutional matters. If members of the Legislature want to restrict offices which the constitution had mandated but did not put restrictions on the appointments; what they need to do is to legislate and regulate the appointments. When the issue is left opened and the MPs refuse to rectify the nominees to fill the offices, the MPs would be guilty of dereliction of duty.
