Uterus normal

Hello sir, well defined two rounded hypoechoic thick walled cystic areas measuring 4.6×3.6×3.5cm (volume-31.7 cc) and measures 3.0×3.1×2.6cm( volume-13. 3 cc noted in the right adnexa - likely hemorrhagic cysts.... Is it harmful or cured with yoga n all??

Sir, my mother's ultrrasound report says that "Left ovary has a cyst measuring 3.4cm×3.3cm and right side of ovary is normal in size..Also the size of uterus is slightly greater..." At last it says that - " Hemmmorage cyst in left ovary". Sir will it need surgery ...is it harmful??? SIR please tell😭😭

uterus measures 10.1*3.3 cm size mild bulky and shows normal myometria echotexture. ET is thickened 1.28 cm and contains ill defined tiny cyst measuring 6*3mm. three well defined hypoechoic lesion two at anterior wall of fundus( both intramural largest measuring 6.6*5.8*6.9 mm. one at posterior wall of body measuring 8*6*6.7 mm(subserosal) no evidence of calcification, nercosis and vascularity. lesion donot abut the endometrial cavity.
ovary normal in size right 9 cc left 11 cc. contain multiple follicles >20 ranging 2-9 mm.B/I ovarian stroma appear echogenic.

Hello Sir, I have been diagnosed incidentally with hemorrhagic cyst in my left ovary which size was 8.5cm almost and after a month which reduced to 8cm..today I have done usg after 2months almost and it seems that cyst has not reduced after that and remains 8cm only. USG physicians says its superior than my uterus in size. Could you please let ne know if I need to do a surgery or can wait for some more time to check if that goes away or shrink?Age-31yrs.
