Mustard oil 1/2 cup
Bay leaves 2
Black cardamom 2
Green cardamom 4
Cloves 4-5
Cinnamon stick 2-3
Onions 3 large
Beef/Mutton 1kg
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbs
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbs
Salt to taste
Yoghurt 1/2 cup
All spices powder 1/2tsp
Green coriander
Green chiles 4-5
