    I tried this achar few days back. It came out great but sourness was less. Can I add more vinegar now after 4/5 days ?

      Boil the vinegar and when it'll cool, add in your pickle. Don't add directly without boiling.

    Is it ok to half boil the veggies ,dry and make this Achar? It takes much shorter time for it to be ready to eat.

      Half boiling of veggies will not allow the veggies to keep the crispness, which tastes good in the pickle.

    2 tbsp ginger paste
    2 tbsp Garlic paste (optional)
    1/2 cup gur + 2 tbsp vinegar
    1/2 cup mustard oil

    Punjabi style me zeera bdi elaichi masala ye nhi dala jata.
    M bnati hu..rai adarak lahsun paste with sarso ka oil. Bus
    No masala at all.
