I tried this achar few days back. It came out great but sourness was less. Can I add more vinegar now after 4/5 days ?
Boil the vinegar and when it'll cool, add in your pickle. Don't add directly without boiling.

Yes you can half boil vegetables
Boiling veggies and make pickle shorten the life of pickle
Half boiling of veggies will not allow the veggies to keep the crispness, which tastes good in the pickle.

1/2 cup gur + 2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup mustard oil

M bnati hu..rai adarak lahsun paste with sarso ka oil. Bus
