Saying this as someone who hasn't watched the series and only knows this stuff through internet osmosis, I originally shipped Ahiru and Mytho... until I found this AMV. That last visual of Rue and Mytho dancing together in wedding white moves me every time. Go enjoy your storybook ending bliss, Rue-chan! You deserve it!
I must admit, the first time I watched the finale my reaction was disgusted that he chose Rue over princess Tutu, who showed much more compassion for him throughout the series. But after watching a second time, it dawns on you that Rue's love for him is just so quiet and repressed by the raven's blood and the trauma her father put her through, that it's sort of amazing that she still has the complicity to even feel emotion let alone love someone as much as she loves Mytho, so point blank GO RUE!
Remember that one artist girl who was infected by Mytho's heart shard of devotion, and then was compelled to draw Rue and ONLY Rue? Yeah, even then Mytho loved Rue that much.
i know she wanted him to love her but I Really wanted Princess tu tu and Him to be Together BC she Was there for them and Gave her Heart for him And Then he ends up being with Rue T^T
Ahiru realized she wanted to be with Mythos because of the story and Drosselmeyer, and at the end decided to have her own free choice, she loved Rue and Mythos, the people and Fakir. I think it end pretty well, Mythos too, at the end he choose.🤔It’s all about that, your choices and go forward after all what happens. Rue too did that, and truly loved Mythos and Ahiru, she has gone through so much, to a little human…I’m impressed she could love after all the crow did to her. She’s my queen too.
