Does anybody else hear Radiohead - Weird Fishes/Arpeggi in the guitar? Seems ripped off a bit if you ask me. She's still very talented. Just seems hacked.
Yes, definitely. She actually covered Weird Fishes some years ago. There's a fantastic live version you can find here on YT. I guess she decided to borrow the chords and make this song with them.
buzztrucker I'm a huge Thom Yorke fan, but I feel like that's a stretch.
Radiohead did not invent triplet arpeggios.
@Plainglasswindows my point is that calling it a hack is asinine. Is every song that uses a 1 6 4 5 progression a hack too? Besides the triplet arpeggio this song sounds nothing like weird fishes.
@@Mr4DON15 hear playing is heavily influenced by thom yorke and scott matthews, but I've never felt like it's "ripped off"
