One of my favorite photo of mine would be the photo that I took about 4 years ago. It was my birthday but I was in my low moments (my boyfriend breaking up with me, my PCOS was way out of wack, acnes all over my body). never took a photo of myself for month but I decided on my birthday that I needed to lift myself up and face my battle with PCOS. with that photo it reminds me of how strong of a woman I am because of that.

My favorite photograph is one that was taken 10 years ago, less than a month before my grandma passed away. All the family and relatives had gathered at the nursing home and we had a huge potluck. That was the night I brushed my grandmas teeth (she had brain cancer so she wasn’t able to herself) and I hugged her and told her “you know I love you, right?” And she somehow mustered to say “thank you.” Those were the first words she’s said in many weeks and also the last words we have an account of her ever saying before she passed.

My favorite picture?! One of them is a picture of my daughter when she was about 6 months. We went to CVS to get her picture taken for her passport. We held her for her picture and we just had fun. Once the pictures developed and we got them, we headed straight to the post office to get her passport work done. We checked her pictures same to our surprise, she looks like a 6 month fugitive on America's most wanted. Big fluffy cheeks, straight cut bangs, and my daughter not even cracking a smile.
