Then, WHY ARE YOU SELLING IT TO GET KNOCKED DOWN BY A DEVELOPER!!! If I build a house the way I want it. I'm living in it until I die, there's no amount that would change my mind. That's what I thought a "Dream Home" was.
This video reminded me of something I saw, a couple days ago, on the TV show, This Old House. That particular home had been deconstructed. EVERYTHING in the house had been removed, all the way to the studs. Everything was taken to a store/company where is would be resold for future builders. I loved that idea because so many homes have beautiful hardwood floors and light fixtures left behind. The house in your video was so beautiful. ❤️🏠❤️
I wish that we saw more evidence of these houses stripped of their reusable pieces. Houses don’t have to be antique to have a salvage team come in and strip it of it’s resale friendly parts. A salvage team can remove interior/exterior and cupboard doors made of real wood, hardwood floors that can be installed in a new house and refinished, even desirable light fixtures, mirrors, stained glass windows. I am so sad to learn how many of these homes are bulldozed and everything taken to a landfill.
It Is sick isn't it? Slums all over the world ; but insane business model dictates ( tear down old mansion for high density housing; or new bigger mcmansion. ) Then normal people cannot afford anything.
WOW!!🤩 This Spectacular mansion definitely pays homage to the decade of excess!! Every exquisite detail of every surface it's incredible, it's difficult to even choose a favorite element, but I'd start my list with the foyer, and it would definitely include the master bath as well! Awesome adventure!😎🤟✌️
Aww, i didn't know you like red brick too! It was a beautiful home, and all about the details--the wood trim around the windows, design of the parquet floor in the dining room, crown moulding, plaster finishes, that green floral wallpaper (takes me back to the 90s 'forest green' thing) and borders, the glass block bar, tiles at the front (i bet they were custom)... the house was so cool for all of that. I checked and you can't even see the house on the map anymore. 😢It's so sad, and makes it all the better that you get them on video before they go (and a nice way to capture time spent with friends too!). Also, there may be 4 videos but i like this one better than the one that showed the fire damage. That one was almost as gut wrenching as seeing them get levelled. 💔 Take care and stay safe Ethan, and thanks so much.

I loved the entry doors and colors!! The green ceilings were so pretty! I liked the second bathroom the best. Not so fond of the wallpaper upstairs, made it dark. Beautiful home. Thank you for sharing Ethan 😊😊😊

WUG .Very cool , so big . I can fit my one bedroom appartment in the living room . Floor tiles in the kitchen & foyer as well as the rounded fire place ... yukky , but still a lot of great features . Enjoyed it . Keep it up young man . 😉
