I'd say he's given himself a decent chance of winning it with Van Gaal at the helm, Robin Van Persie, Wayne Rooney, Ander Herrera, probably Arturo Vidal and more signings to come, in that United team.

I wonder how many "Are you going to Utd"? tweets he had to dodge? I feel sorry for him having that hanging over him at this present time, like he hasn't got enough going on at the moment, although he seems to be handling it well. If anythings a joke its the fact that pundits keep saying they don't think the likes of barkley has done enough to be in the starting lineup for england yet rooneys been useless and done nothing for years and the few times barkley has been started hes done more then rooney has in a year, england look a refreshing team and better attacking when hes behind striker

alberto morena could well be a better left back than shaw. Shaw is appropriately rated for someone his age, the best left back around for his age and an excellent prospect.
Also, 3 or 4 years is a lot in football
joegall123 Not every young play turns out the best. Take pato for example, you get miss a season due to injury and its over. Shaw might not go through these problems, but he is way to over hyped
