Been to Beachwalk in February…fell in love with it….living in Wisconsin now and yes it’s snowing now and it’s April 2 ! Hope to buy a home in Beachwalk within a year. Are there any owner occupied homes that are for sale there or is it all new construction.

It is in flood zone X so it is out of the flood zone. For an insurance quote it will be property specific. New construction is always lower though.
